Receptionist ignored us for 11 minutes on arrival, choosing to type things first. Aircon was on hot mode only, we told them but they did nothing so we had an awful night. We left after one night and were not offered a refund. Bed and pillows were awful. Bathroom shower didn’t work.

BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!!! Upon walking into the room the heat was turned up very high. My husband and I tried to turn it down, but were unable to, so we had to leave the balcany door open to cool the room down after we were told that we were unable to run the air conditioning and that we should just shut it off. At first the room seemed very nice, but then 2 hours after we went to bed i woke up and realized that I was covered in bug bites. The bites were extremely swollen and in rows all over my arms. After i noticed it i turned on the lights and noticed that there were bed bugs crawling all over the walls. My husband and I immediately packed up all of our stuff and headed down to the lobby. We were told that we could get another room a few rooms away from the infested room. We declined and asked to be moved to another floor. The second room was bug free, but I am currently covered in dozens of itchy bites. My husband and I were told that we would receive free breakfast the next morning, but then they charged us $25 for the mediocre breakfast. It's very frustrating because the bed bugs spent hours feasting on me, yet they still made us pay for our not so good breakfast. Only stay at this hotel if you don't mind sharing your bed with bed bugs and waking up extremely itchy. It makes sense that the heat was turned up so high. I think those poorly educated people knew about them and may have thought that blasting the heat would kill them. I definitely would never stay there again

sehr freundliches Personal / Lage sehr gut / das Frühstück ist sehr, sehr bescheiden für 10 Euro

El hotel no está mal, habitación grande, la almohada no es muy cómoda pero aceptable. Las instalaciones un poco antiguas, sobretodo el baño, y el mayor problema ha sido que el agua de la ducha no se podía regular bien, pasaba de ardiendo a congelada.

27.10.2025. Für die Übernachtung buchten wir am selben Tag fũr 1 Nacht. Durch ihr Reservationssystem schlich sich unbemerkt von meiner Seite das falsche Datum ein. Für mich ist unverständlich, dass das Hotel den Fehler aus Kulanz nicht korrigierte! So bezahlten wir für 2 Nächte, obwohl es klar war, dass wir am 10. November nicht erscheinen würden.

La atención del personal

Esta noche era ampliación de otra reserva y hemos abandonado el hotel con días de antelación y esta reserva no la hemos realizado, hemos puesto una hoja de reclamaciones por el estado de la habitación y de las instalaciones no merece ser un tres estrellas hay hoteles de 1 estrella en mejores condiciones

No está cerca de la playa olvídate de las vistas , la bañera sucia oxidada , y llena de jabón no me preguntes porque . Las paredes manchadas , la TV no se veía ningún canal pedimos el código para resetearla no lo saben una persona de mantenimiento ausente es la responsable pero nadie sabe nada , miramos la conexión de la antena y todo lleno de polvo no limpian . La nevera no enfriaba , nos informaron de un problema del aire por si queríamos cancelar y que tendrían ventiladores que no tenía porque va segun disponibilidad bueno en fin ... Contratamos la cena y el desayuno ... Poca variedad las fotos no es la realidad no sé confíen . Los huevos y las salchichas estaban fríos no encienden los calentadores, el zumo de naranja de maquina tenía grumos y un sabor raro ... El peor hotel supuestamente de 3 estrellas y con certificado de calidad hasta 2026 en el que he estado !!! No lo recomiendo . Me da mucha pena el personal de recepción recibiendo quejas todo el rato , ya no saben cómo contestar sienten vergüenza muy agradables y con un saber estar increíble ( Griselda ) .
