Staff members are all amazing David always looks after us from check in to check out all the staff iare superb best hotel in Tenerife best night sleep in a hotel all the rooms are. Rooms very clean, staff very helpful, nice rooftop pool and sauna as well. Breakfast was average but plenty of places to go near to the hotel. Couldn't fault it overall.

The staff, especially Carlos was amazing. He went up and beyond for customer care. He was very professional, friendly and made our stay very pleasant. Any questions or inquires, Carlos always was there for me and my husband to help.
The hotel room was also very clean and always cleaned to high standard. The breakfast was good.
Minus point for the hotel was that there was no balcony. And also if you went up to the roof terrace pool, there was no pool bar or restaurant to have a nice lunch or a pint.

Nice hotel pool area is small but in February we had no issues getting sun lounger. Lifts work well and a few on them so not much waiting. We did not have a balcony it was just a long window but the addition of full blackout shutters was excellent. Breakfast was ok but next time would eat out for breakfast.

No pool bar , no bar at hotel think they had a fridge with some drinks behind reception but pool was on 7th floor , no balcony in the room , not a normal hotel for a holiday , nothing like a 4star hotel, on plus side location was good.
