Séjour correct. Dommage que le parking ne soit pas compris dans le prix. Parking très pratique ! Personnel serviable. Hôtel bien situé.

We stayed for one night, coming off a late afternoon flight. It was a a great chain hotel - good value for the price point but quite generic (which is reasonable given the brand and the price). There are some lovely places to eat and it's was interesting to walk around in the newer part of Bilbao but is a bit of a walk to get to the older areas where one would probably wish to spend a bit more time. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The experience at check in was very good, and while the room was quite basic, it was a central location, close to a little cafe, and the breakfast at the hotel was very nice.

Room was small but well appointed and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was amazing!

Llevo años siendo cliente de All Accor y éste hotel ha cumplido con todo lo que esperaba de él. Buena habitación, buena cama, buen baño, aparcamiento perfecto, muy buen desayuno y, sobretodo, muy buena atención del recepcionista quién, a pesar de estar en plena vorágine de entradas ... fué muy amable, correcto y profesional y ....lo que más valoro: nos atendió en mi lengua materna ...EUSKARA !!!! Un 10 para él !!!!

Excelente ubicación, atención, limpieza de las habitaciones y también la filosofía del lugar en relación a la música

I think it’s a reasonable price in comparison with other hotels around this city, 15-20 mins walk to old town. 2 big supermarket just opposite.

Zimmer war schlicht und sauber. Kein Flair. Es gab Nescafé und Teebeutel im Zimmer, aber kein Wasserkocher. Kein Safe. Im Bad kein Zahnbürstenbehälter noch Papiernastücher. Alles sehr minimalistisch für den recht hohen Unterkunftspreis.

Hervorragende Lage innerhalb der Stadt. Das Fenster ist nur wenig gegen Lärm gedämmt. Die Straßengeräusche während der Nacht sind allerdings gering.

Alles is op loopafstand. Fijn dat je de auto in de parkeergarage van het hotel kwijt kunt. Prima personeel!
