Habitación normal de hostel. La calle tiene muchos bares y hay mucho ruido

El edificio necesita una buena reforma, pero al ser un hostal y por el precio no se puede pedir más. La chica q nos atendió muy amable todo el tiempo explicándonos todo muy bien. La limpieza de la habitación fatal, desde q huele a humedad encontré un pelo en el vater y basura por la parte de atrás, para mi es un punto muy importante. Las camas incomodas y rechinan siempre. No volvería

We were frendly welcomed. The Room was clean. It's a Hostel, so dont expect and rate as being in a Waldorf Astoria.

The mattresses old, uncontrollable, tiny so you feel the springs on your back, overprice facility, very small bathroom with a dirty and so small shower even you move to water yourself. A big person even cannot fit on that shower. Really only good is the location.

Der vorhandene Fahrstuhl bietet Platz für 2Personen mit Gepäck. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Bei offenem Fenster kann man auch nicht schlafen, da das Hostel in einer Kneipenstraße liegt und der Lärm bis weit nach Mitternacht geht. Das gebuchte DZ entpuppte sich als 4Personenzimmer mit zwei Etagenbetten. Alles dehr veraltet. Die Duschtasse in dem zu kleinen Bad war zu flach und der Abfluß vermutlich nicht richtig frei, so dass bei der kleinsten Bewegung das Bad geflutet wurde. Pro Person wird nur 1 Handtuch bereitgestellt, Mehrbedarf gegen Gebühr. Internet zu langsam und schwach, so dass kaum Empfang war. Zimmerreinigung augenscheinlich nur als Entleeren des Mülleimers gedacht. Auch im Treppenhaus liegt der Dreck mehrere Tage.

Trato excepcional y sitio muy cómodo. Repetiría sin duda!

Es un hostal bastante agradable, el trato es bastante bueno, lo malo es que no había televisión en la habitación.

Rien à redire sur le séjour, si ce n'est l'accès à l'établissement quand on arrive après 22 heures. La lecture de la pièce d'identité est un peu compliqué et peu explicite, ce qui a valu une saisie manuelle. Peut-être un peu plus d'explications sur la façon dont il faut poser la carte?

Mauvaise insonorisation, les murs sont en papier... bonne situation géographique pour visiter la ville.

For a hostel, it was clean, well-organized, and generally exceeded expectations. The biggest drawback was the price, at 200 Euros for the night for a room with 4 bunk beds, but it was Easter Weekend and the annual Basque Festival was on in Bilbao, so there was very limited accommodation available and what was available pricey.

Adequate hostel, reception closed most of the time, room too hot obvious heating control. Accidentally overcharged me by 20 euros, and rather than just give me 20 euros as I asked, insisted it had to be done through a credit card. That is why I give it such a poor rating for service, the receptionist was actually very nice. Wifi good

Huone jossa oli kaksi armeijatyylistä kerrossänkyä, ei kerta kaikkiaan muuta. Siestat pitkiä. Hinta TOSi kova. En voisi suositella kenellekään. Otin koska pakko oli jossakin yöpyä.

Pues la verdad es que muy mal pues pagar 90 euros por dormir en litera de 0,90, cortinas de ducha y encima haciendo nosotros las camas en un entorno ruidoso porque es zona de copas y al entrar una vez habían chavales que no se podían ni levantar de la cantidad de alcohol que habían ingerido. Los colchones son malos pues se te clavan los muelles por todo el cuerpo, yo mido 190 centímetros y me salía de la cama. Hoteles.com también tiene su responsabilidad pues de primeras habíamos reservado un hotel por 70 euros y me devolvieron la reserva por que la tarjeta estaba mal, lo que no era cierto pues llamé de nuevo para dar otra tarjeta y ya estaba alquilada. Sinceramente creo que no son formas de tratar a un cliente. Vamos que os habéis cubierto de gloria. Lo único positivo fue la recepcionista porque el albergue estaba bastante sucio

Buena relación calidad precio. Estuvimos en una habitación cuádruple con baño privado.
