A lovely hotel with great amenities. Beautiful pool area and really nice third floor lounge and restaurant. Staff was great and so accommodating. Room was really nice as well. Location was also good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Central location, clean room, good breakfast, staff very helpful

L'hôtel doit travailler à améliorer l'insonorisation des chambres, notamment s'il vous est attribué une chambre au niveau de l'étage 9. Hôtel 4 étoiles pas au niveau de la marque Mariott Bonvoy - mauvaise expérience. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées avec le couloir. L’équipe Housekeeping vous réveille dès le matin. Mais ce n’est pas tout. L’établissement dispose d’un rooftop qui accueille des soirées animées jusqu’à 23h. Résultat : de la musique très forte dès 18h qui résonne dans les chambres, sans interruption toute la soirée. À cela s’ajoutent des clients ivres qui poursuivent la soirée sous les fenêtres, rendant le repos quasiment impossible. Nous avons eu la malchance d’avoir une chambre au 9e étage sous le rooftop, devant l’escalier menant au rooftop et face à l’ascenseur. Nous n’avons pas pu nous reposer sur deux nuits. Après deux nuits sans sommeil, nous avons signalé le problème à la réception. Nous avons reçu un geste commercial après notre séjour - Pas de frigo (hôtel 4 étoiles je rappelle) - ⁠Pas de rangements - ⁠pas de slippers (chaussons) - ⁠Pas de tasse pour les boissons chaudes dans la chambre mais des gobelets en carton!! On repassera pour l’aspect écologie et practicite - ⁠Pas de produits d’hygiène corporelle comme un lait corps - ⁠Et surtout pas de porte coulissante en porte d’entrée dans une salle de bain minuscule et mal agencée. En termes de déco, oui l’hôtel est plutôt bien décoré, l’espace piscine bien aménagé. Petit dej OK sans plus.

Es todo excelente, excepto el momento de check-in, nos atendió una chica llamada Kmar i fué horrible, super mal educada, nos hizo esperar mas de 20 minutos para darnos el tiquet del aparcamiento, nos habló con aires de superioridad y con una muy mala educación, horrible, de verdad, menos mal que todo el resto del personal fueron super amables. Volveremos sin duda, el hotel está super bien ubicado, las camas son muy cómodas y el personal super amable, servicial y atento, EXCEPTO LA SEÑORA KMAR

Tiny room and very expensive! They ordered me a cab , had to prepay and that was way over the actual cost of a 15 minute ride……… breakfast was average at best

Clean room. Fast and easy check-in. Excellent meals at restaurant and breakfast buffet was spectacular.

Das Frühstück war frisch und die Auswahl an Speisen war sehr gut. Die Bedingung sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man kann mit den öffentlichen Mitteln sehr bequem alle Ziele in der Stadt erreichen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel.

Jenifer greeted us with a big smile and open arms as we walked in the door! She was very helpful and even remembered our names throughout our stay. Best front desk hostess we have ever had!

We stayed at Moxy Barcelona and honestly, our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The staff were incredible – so friendly, welcoming, and always going above and beyond to help us. I especially want to say a huge thank you to the barman who made my son’s birthday so special. He was unbelievably kind to us and truly helped create a moment we will never forget. 💙 Breakfast was delicious and served from 6:30–10:30 every morning, which was so convenient. Everything tasted fresh, and the chocolate croissants were on another level – genuinely unforgettable! The rooftop pool was absolutely incredible, with a stunning view overlooking the history museum – such a beautiful and relaxing spot, especially in the evenings. Everything in the hotel was spotless at all times, from the rooms to the common areas, which made the whole stay feel even more comfortable and high quality. The play area was just amazing, with an arcade machine and a pool table – we had such a great time as a family. My husband, my son, and I all really enjoyed it together. A big thank you to all the staff – the receptionists, security, bar staff, housekeeping, and the amazing cooks – everyone was fantastic and made our stay truly special. We left with such happy memories and would 100% stay again. Thank you, Moxy Barcelona, for making our trip so special!

Wonderful place to stay . Staff were really friendly and it was very clean . Large hotel but felt very personable. Breakfast was superb so much choice great quality and all you could eat . Small touches like complimentary water every day, all toiletries supplied made a difference . Super room with balcony great view. Location perfect just on the outskirts 5 minute walk from main rail station and metro. Definitely recommend and will visit again .

Colazione buona e personale giovane, disponibile, amichevole. Pulizia della camera buona e bagno veramente comodo con doccia super. Unico neo, troppo rumore proveniente dal corridoio.
