For that price and from a 4-star hotel, I expected much more and was a bit shocked from the experience. I don't know how they maintain their 4 stars, and honestly, I will avoid NH chain in the future just due to this experience.
The room was very VERY noisy, we could hear everything from the corridor and the street. When the air conditioner was on, there was a constant crackling sound which was really annoying during the night. The rooms were in general badly maintained (part of the window frame was melted, mold in the bathroom).
The hotel promoted everywhere a QR code from which you can request services like extra towels, change of sheets, etc. We did two requests there and we received NOTHING. We went to the reception and the staff didn't even apologize. She noted down on a small paper our room number but after that we still didn't receive the requested extra towels and the change of sheets. In the end, we went to the pool area to fetch some extra towels ourselves...
From the check-in moment, the staff on the reception desk was not acting welcoming (could be due to speaking in English, but that is still not a valid reason for that chain, money and quality that they "try to show")
The breakfast was the only good thing from our stay. (But it is not compensating for the other bad things and the HIGH PRICE)
