Near by the metro and bus station, easy to access to everywhere. However, curtain is broken and I found blood stain on my pillow (not from myself). Also, most staffs are nice and helpful, except for an Indian looking guy. I stayed there for 3 nights and found the second floor is too close to the street ( which means is noisy at night). But he refused to switch my room to higher floor from the second night even there’s availability. Can say this guy almost ruined the good image of this boutique hotel.

Absolute beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy to go to la rambla, easy to get there by shuttle bus. People there were also nice and friendly. The only problem is the mini swimming pool on the roof top.

A very good place in Barcelona!

Very comfortable and spacious room at excellent location. Just 1 min by walk to Espanya Palace and shopping mall. I definitely would like to stay there again.

It is a really nice hotel in the heart of Barcelona! Very nice location and nearby the metro ,shopping center, airport shuttle bus and restaurants. Helpful hotel staffs, clear room and the hotel's design is really pretty! Very comfortable for staying!

Unfortunately we were in a room facing the road and despite the hotel being in a side street off the main road, there was construction which woke us up at 8am and continued until about 7pm, appreciate the hotel cannot do anything about this but when we asked if we could change rooms the member of staff stated that the only option was a terrace room which would cost us more. This accompanied with the beds not being the comfiest meant we left not very rested. Would also recommend the hotel provided an umbrella for the rooftop pool. The hotel did have a nice touch of providing water on arrival and there was a help yourself to wine station. Although a nice hotel, feel like it misses the mark on a few areas.

Staff was efficient and breakfast was nice. Room looked tired and had a funny smell. Okay to spend one night.

Hotellet ligger precis bredvid ett köpcenter med butiker, restauranger samt livsmedelsaffär. Frukosten på hotellet var mycket bra!

Perfect

I booked and paid for a 2 bed terrace room in February through Hotels.com. When I arrived I was given a king bed terrace room. When I asked to be moved to the room that I booked, but was told none were available. I was offered a 2 twin bed room without a terrace for an additional charge. I spent over 2 hours communicating with Hotels.com and the front desk staff before the issue was resolved and I was given a two twin bed room without an additional charge. Very frustrating!

My wife and I only stayed one night and found the hotel was ideal for catching the train to our onward destination. Great location right next to the Arenas de Barcelona. Our room was nice and clean.

Hotel com ótima localização, muito próximo do metrô, restaurantes e em frente a um shopping. A estrutura do hotel é ótima, tudo novo e muito confortável. Eles disponibilizam no quarto de café solúvel, leite e chás, o que foi de grande ajuda visto que reservei sem café da manhã.

I’m not quite sure where this hotel gets the rating of 4.5 stars. Staff seemed uninterested and the room was abysmal. Air conditioning did not work whatsoever and despite being able to crack the terrace door open the room remained incredibly hot and difficult to sleep in. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and stiff. I am not picky when it comes to mattresses but this one was truly painful to sleep on. There is also a sewage stench outside of the hotel that often is the first thing you smell when you walk outside, occasionally you can smell it in the hotel. Overall, this is definitely not what I anticipated based off my research beforehand.

Great location

Personal war sehr unprofessionell und unhöflich. Dem Gebäude und Einrichtungen fehlte Instandhaltung. Die Betten waren recht unbequem. Die Wasserhähne verkalkt. Es war sehr laut, insbesondere nachts.
