One&Lux 拜伦套房

This was the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Due to a flight disruption, we arrived around 12::25 a.m. The property had confirmed they would send a shuttle, but no driver ever showed up despite being informed of our updated arrival time. When we arrived at the property, the main entrance code worked, but the room access code was supposed to be provided through a link. The link we received had expired and did not work. I called both contact numbers multiple times, but no one answered. After an exhausting flight, we were locked out in the middle of the night. By 2:00 a.m., my husband was walking around looking for a hotel with availability while I stayed with our children and luggage. We finally found a room around 3:00 a.m. The next morning, a staff member apologized, fixed the issue, and assured me that the hotel expenses would be reimbursed. However, after checkout, the property denied that the link was faulty and denied being unreachable by phone. Because of this experience, we lost valuable vacation time and had to miss two of our planned reservations due to lack of sleep. Mistakes happen, but refusing to take responsibility after acknowledging the problem was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

The room matched the photos exactly, and the location is very central, with all key areas within easy walking distance. However, the check-in process could have been smoother. Although check-in officially opens at 3:00 pm, we weren’t able to access the room until 3:40 pm because it was still being prepared. Additionally, the luggage storage service charges a fee based on the size and number of bags, which I found unusual, as this has typically been complimentary at other hotels. Overall, the experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.

The reservation included a EUR 25 self-parking credit per stay. Unfortunately, I sent several messages asking how to redeem this benefit, but received no response at all, which was quite disappointing.

The place was cool with the small (cold) pool and balcony's with views but the description that says parking available for 20 EUR was not accurate. The property has 3 spots that they give out on a first request basis. This is not clear in the Hotels.com write up so we didn't get a spot. The host wasn't exactly rude about it but they did throw all my communication back in my face verbatim over the phone like it was my fault I didn't plan for this contingency. Probably a bit of the language barrier but getting directed to other parking kind of sucked and it was much more expensive for our 2 day stay (32 EUR a night). Our kids loved the spiral staircase though one post was broken and we got pinched a couple times. They should fix that of course. Awesome spot, and we walked everywhere and enjoyed the apartment and city very much.

Overall, the service and management were terrible and I do not recommend this hotel. The room and central location was good. The not so good; hotel management claim they have 24 hour support but they do not and if you call or message in the evening they will state that it is very late (we called at 22:55 to remind them we needed additional towels - original request was the day prior). They asked us to wash and dry our own towels or that they would have new towels the next morning. We finally received new towels around noon, the next day. They offer a €25 credit for parking but never explain how that system works. When you ask they just respond much later and that they are fully booked. Bottled Water is supposed to be complimentary upon arrival but we never saw that either. Room cleanliness was okay however, we found quite a few hairs in the bed sheets. The hotel will likely reply to this with various excuses but just cautious and research other options before booking at this hotel.

Apartment was pleasant enough and in a good location for walking around Seville. A couple of things needed attention like the hairdryer and toilet flush. Unfortunately the bathroom was a fully adapted accessible bathroom, but the online listing did not specify the room as an accessible room. If it had I would not have booked it, so disappointed with that.

This was a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Close to everything! The only thing I would change is the loft bed can be a bit squeaky. But we would totally stay there again!!

Byron Suites was the perfect location for staying in Sevilla. The apartment was cute and well decorated, with a nice spacious living room and large windows. However, there was a terrible sewage smell throughout the apartment, stemming from the bathroom. It was unbearable at times. I reached out to management and they offered to send a cleaning crew, however it seems to be a maintenance issue rather than housekeeping. Hopefully something they can fix for future travelers.

The room was clean and had everything I needed to start my holiday off on the right foot.

Staff was very helpful and courteous.

基本的には満足だが、駐車場有となっていたが実際にはなく、公共の駐車場を使用するしかなかった。

Une endroit parfait à proximité de plusieurs attraits touristiques à quelques minutes

Le logement est très beau, très typique. Il est situé dans une petite ruelle à Santa Cruz, village très charmant. Tout est faisable à pieds, c'est très agréable. La piscine est de taille correcte pour un centre ville, pratique pour se rafraîchir entre deux activités. La réactivité sur WhatsApp est remarquable.

Hemos estado alojados dos.noches y la verdad que suelo.alojarme en mucho.hoteles y este tiene muchas cosas que mejorar. La.comunicacion con el.hotel ha sido buena ,pero la soluciona a.los.problemas ha sido muy mala. Teniamos un early checking y nos dijeron que si estaba disponible que ningun problema . Llegamos..alrededor de las.13 y tuvimos la suerte que entraba la.mujer de la.limpieza ,porque no habia nadie.en recepcion para entregar el.apartamento ni la llave de la.misma. La.mujer de.la.limpieza nos la.tuvo que entregar ,en conclusion que cobran el.precio de un hotel.pero el.servicio es muy malo. Tras revisar el.apartamento vimos que en la terraza de.apartamemto solo habia dos sillas y una de ellas rajada, tras come tarlo con el.hotel. nos dijeron que no podian reponerla hasta el.dia siguiente pero nunca lo hicieron. El.grifo.del lababo estaba suelto y tampoco lo arreglaron. Un desatre uya que pagas por.un servicio que no es correcto. Para acabar ofrecen parking que no tienen ( segun ellos.solo.tienen dos plazas y ahun llamando meses antes ya estaban llenas). Publicidad engañosa. La.piscina esta super sucia ,deberian te rla todo.el.dia filtra do ya que fuimos a.las 15 a la.piscina y el.agua estaba llena de.pelos..y suciedad

Great spot right in the heart of the old town. Short walk through cute alleyways to the Alcazar, cathedral, restaurants and shops. Nice roof deck pool for relaxing in between activities. If you’re bringing a car I’d recommend Parking Imagen which is about a 10-13 minute walk away. Other closer options were too narrow or too busy for an SUV.
