Room was exceptionally clean and spacious for family of four. Helpdesk was excellent help front reception is beautiful and they have treats and water at the front which is a nice touch!

Very close to food, entertainment, and port…great staff and breakfast!!

Great stay

Very basic, but clean and comfortable. English-speaking staff were able to help with booking taxis and restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again. Location is great, very close to Gothic Quarter.

Personalet var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Og stedet var pænt og noglelunde rent. Meget centralt beliggenhed. Værelset levet ikke op til forventningerne da det, var meget gammelt og på billedet man havde set da man booket det lignede det nogle nyere værelser. Det var det ikke. Det var meget støj fra de andre værelser og gangen selvom der stod det var lydisoleret.

Hotel fica super bem localizado, nas ramblas, quase em frente à estação de metrô liceu. Vários bares, restaurantes, lanchonetes, inclusive há um Carrefour próximo ao hotel. Tem uma fachada pequena, quando entramos nele é bem grandioso, a decoração no estilo oriental, com a cúpula no centro da recepção, imponente. Área do café da manhã é muito agradável, possui uma boa variedade de frios e pães.máquina de café, chocolate quente cappuccino. Pra quem está com crianças eles dispõem de variedade de finni na recepção. No andar dos apartamentos ha um local para encher água e no quarto eles dispõem de uma garrafa de vidro já abastecida com água potável e copos. O meu quarto estava com cheiro de mofo, fiz a reclamação na recepção uma vez que meu filho é super alérgico. Ao retornar, a recepção não me deu nenhuma devolutiva sobre a minha queixa, ela apenas sugeriu que eu abrisse as janelas do quarto. Ao chegar no quarto percebi que não é possível abrir as janelas tive que solicitar que alguém viesse fazer o “destravamento“ das janelas. A maior humidade ficava realmente no banheiro, e percebi que a janela do banheiro estava com muita poeira na face interna, provavelmente porque ela não é aberta com frequência. Após permitir a ventilação do quarto realmente o cheiro de mofo melhorou. Seria essa minha única queixa em relação à propriedade e à falta de evolutiva por parte da equipe em relação à minha queixa.

Rena och rymliga rum. Bra med kallt dricksvatten i hallen så man kunde fylla på medhavd flaska och ha under dagens promenader. Hotellet ligger perfekt på Ramblan.

The lobby was cool and the staff was fantastic, but the rooms were about as good as a dorm room in a run down college. It was a good value for $150, not over $300. The location is good as well (a lot of construction but I cannot blame them for that).

All was excellent ..just note that entering ..that you require a key for the safe !..staff acknowledgement for this issue ..and as a Canadian forgot my device for my IPhone ..should carry some adaptors ..thankyou ..otherwise everything was great !
