Our stay started poorly—our room wasn’t ready and was extremely hot, though the owner moved us to another room with a fan.
Everything looked clean at first, but that changed quickly. On our first night, I found a LARGE BED BUG on the bed after feeling bites. I took photos and contacted Expedia, who responded quickly, but there was no on-site staff to help. With no receptionists and no guarantee another room would be safe for BED BUGS, we requested a full refund and left that day as soon as the sun is up.
Even before that, the stay was uncomfortable. Guests were very loud, bathrooms were cramped and poorly designed, and the shower required constant button pressing. The door locks felt flimsy, and someone even tried to open our room while we were inside.
The bathroom wasn’t very clean, communication with the owner was poor, and the location was inconvenient—far from transit and with little nearby.
Despite the low price, it’s not worth it. This was a stressful experience from the start. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere with better hygiene, security, and service. BEWARE OF BED BUGS or it will ruin your vacation. I got huge lump from the bites on my back and behind. So so dissatisfying to experience this. Other than the place being so far from the train station worst is BED BUGS.
