The staff was ok, but the food not.

Hotel is old and dated, pool was freezing, breakfast was shockingly poor quality. Gone off fruit and rotten stale bread. Avoid this hotel if possible.

Everything good

Excellent location in Playa Serena for bars restaurants beach supermarket and buses. We stay included bed and breakfast and that was varied and good.

Het mooiste van het hotel is het zwembad. We waren wat vroeg in het seizoen, dus het water was nog koud (niet verwarmd) verder super. Hotel is wat gedateerd en wordt stapsgewijs gemoderniseerd. Wij hadden een prima kamer, maar we hoorden van anderen dat ze nog een hele oude kamer hadden. Het buffet was iedere avond veel van hetzelfde waardoor we er naar 5 dagen echt genoeg van hadden. Kwaliteit van het eten was redelijk. Personeel was van aardig tot niets zeggend. Mooi uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan Almeria en Granada

L'hôtel a un certain cachet, très espagnol avec ses azulejos. Très propre. Personnel charmant à l'écoute. Seul bémol : les repas n'étaient pas du niveau d'un 4 étoiles Les plats peu originaux, souvent tièdes voire froids. La qualité des produits proposés est à revoir. J'aurais aimé avoir du thé de qualité et non des produits de chez Lidl Sinon bon séjour

Pleasant hotel staffs came to our room in the evening and presented us a bottle of champagne and a platter of fruits, nice hospitality

A birthday treat for our friend to stay a couple of nights! Our rooms weren’t ready on arrival but was given a voucher for drinks while we waited which was a good gesture by the hotel. The check in receptionist was excellent and although it was really busy with long queues she remained calm and professional under pressure! A bottle of bubbly and card was left in our friends’s room for his birthday which was a nice touch! Rooms with sea view and two huge beds! Bedding and towels spotless white and rooms and bathrooms cleaned to a high standard! Room only so can’t comment about food! Used the bar/cafe between the pool and promenade! The two barmen were excellent offering good service for drinks and breakfast! Glad this area was open this time as lovely location right by the beach! A shame one of the lifts was broken as had to wait a long time at peak times. So busy at checking out time had to carry cases down many flights of stairs! We liked the location of the hotel near to bars and restaurants and plenty parking nearby! Our second stay here and will most likely stay again!

The hotel amenities (pool area) are good, as depicted in the description. The entertainment at night was also good for the kids. The food was really bad quality, greasy, chicken and pork were cold, salmon fillets were dry and tasted bad, the cod was unetable, the pastry was superartificial. nothing good to say of the restaurant. avoid at all cost. Also you must pay for the filtered tap water (1.80 euros per 750mL) The food ruin our experience whcih otherwise would have been good. It is not a fancy buffet, its cheap cafeteria food sold at very expensive price.

We had a great family holiday here, the food was great, and the room comfortable. The swimming pool and access to the beach is great. The hotel is a little dated and could use some improvements to make it more modern.

Dated but mostly functional rooms, WiFi is unusable in the rooms as signal is so weak, had to go to reception to download kindle book which needs very little. No kettle in room which surprised me for 4 star, good spacious bathroom, good hotel for kids, but the extremely loud hotel ‘entertainment’ on in the open air until midnight every night got a bit grating especially as my room was very close to it.

Superbe hotel, chambre spacieuse, literie confortable. Magnifiques piscine et hall d'entrée... le tout à deux pas de la plage ... Je recommande cet hotel les yeux fermés. Un grand merci également au personnel, toujours souriant et sympathique.

A este hotel le sobra una estrella, no esperes encontrar un standard de 4 estrellas, no veras en las fotografías de la web el estado real de las habitaciones, desde el estado del baño, cortina de la ducha, pintura de las paredes, instalación de aire acondicionado,… Habitaciones con aire de los años 70, que no se ha actualizado ni renovado. Personalmente me he sentido menospreciado como cliente, pude constatar que eligieron para mi la peor de sus habitaciones, a pesar de pedirles varias veces explicaciones no fue posible obtener respuesta. Seguro que en la zona hay mejores opciones que este hotel
