La chambre était à peu prêt propre. Les toilettes coulaient ce qui faisait du bruit et la pomme de douche n’avait plus de caoutchouc il fallait donc mettre l’eau à fond pour avoir des jets d’eau. Au niveau de la cuisine, les repas étaient à 90% identique chaque jour. On aurait aimé des choses un peu différentes chaque jour. Les consommations sont vraiment dans des prix raisonnables. Le personnel est aux petits soins et est Vraiment agréable. C’est le point positif du sejour

Menu della colazione e della sera poco vario e ripetitivo. Cucina di livello insufficiente per varietà del cibo, per la qualità e per la poca cura (apesso tiepido e riscaldato)

Great location

Lovely room, very clean with a nice view over the salt lake. It was very quiet considering the number of people staying at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and hardworking. The food was adequate, it could have been warmer but there was a microwave provided. It would have been nice to have a little more variety. However, for the price paid it was excellent value for money.

Clean, spacious rooms in a great location with some terrific views. The price we paid for a midweek stay in winter was an absolute bargain and we'll definitely stay again.

Personalen ok.Rummet antikt, sängarna under all kritik. Matsalen slamrig, dåligt med personal. Frukosten saknade det mesta. Tråkigt, men det var inte bra

Everything was perfect Great breakfast also

We have stayed at the Port Europa Hotel a few times, this will be our last visit. The rubbish bin in the bathroom had not been emptied from the previous occupant, the room was dark and in generally poor condition. There is a lot of choice for breakfast but the quality is very poor and we had to queue for a long time every morning for coffee, more machines are needed. Breakfast was not a pleasant experience as it seemed like a free for all every morning. On one of the mornings the swimming pool tiles (which are next to the dining room), were being painted with an extremely unpleasant product that gave out an over powering smell. Incomprehensible that whilst people were eating food such an activity was being carried out, bad management! The positives were that the staff were friendly and the Hotels proximity to the beach and town is very good.

Muy buenas vistas

Great stay but food in restaurant wasn’t hot enough. I was on half board and I was worried about the holding temperatures for the hot food. The variety of the food was good though

Hotel bien comunicado. Teníamos un apartamento, con vistas al mar, para cuatro adultos muy cómodo, con dos camas de matrimonio en la habitación y dos sencillas en el salón-cocina. Resaltar la amabilidad del personal ¡¡Repetiremos!!

Quarto limpo e confortável. Perto da praia.

Buffeen anbefales ikke. Kunne vært flete parasoller v. Bassenget. Fokosten var helt grei.

Llegamos al hotel bastante pronto pero el personal de recepción muy amable nos consiguió habitación, el personal muy amable tanto limpieza como camareros que en todo momento estuvieron pendientes.

Myself and family have been visiting Calpe for many many years now but our first time staying at this hotel on a last minute break. We would definitely come back! Had everything we needed and our room & balcony were huge with a fantastic sea view! Breakfast was adequate and pool was usually quiet so we could get sunloungers no problem (early June stay). It is about 10-15 min walk from the Main Street in Calpe but that meant that round our hotel was quiet 😊 we have previously stayed at Gran Hotel Sol Y Mar 3 times but as lovely as it is (and don’t get me wrong there is a big difference) but I don’t know if it’s worth more than double the cost of here! Parking around the hotel is in the ‘orange zone’ which is free all through May & June or there is the salinas land which you can park for free on only a 15 min walk away too. We had a couple of facilities issues with the air con & hairdryer but both were dealt with the same day we reported them- we will return here for sure!
