Spa is very good. Only 30euro to airport by taxi is very resonable. Breakfast is good.

Great location for world class museums. Staff are wonderful and breakfast has good choices. We enjoyed our stay at heir junior suite.

La ubicación es muy buena, el lugar es bonito, todo estaba muy limpio en la habitación, el servicio de Marina en recepción y la Gerente Zamorano, de primera.

Petit déjeuner avec grand choix de fruits, viennoiseries, des fruits frais, le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Préparation des oeufs, cafés et thés à la demande. Machines expresso très limitées en capacité à la cafétéria du petit déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable, insonorisée. Climatisation non réglable mais satisfaisante.

Our preferences were never relayed to the hotel or they misplaced it. We requested a double and had to squeeze into a single bed. There was no tv or internet the firat day. The waiter ignored us the first night and didn't provide drinks requested. Breakfast was ok next say. Redeeming feature was hotel location and night manager Wendy. She really tried to help fix the issues.

The person at the reception desk was super helpful and friendly. I would give her “full marks”, ie top score. Our only comment regards her restaurant recommendation. The only diners were tourists from the UK or the US and the food was mediocre, not the quality we expected from a more traditional Spanish restaurant. But great hotel, and great staff!

Hotel in a perfect location not only for visiting the Prado Museum, but the entire historic centre of Madrid. The room was clean, functionally equipped, the bed was comfortable. The advantage was the miniature balcony, pleasant for mornings and evenings. Coffee machine is useful in early morning. The minibar will probably everyone filled according to their own needs. The bathroom was spacious and had basic toiletries. Breakfast was good, the choice was sufficient. I did not discover the restaurant, but in this location, I did not miss it. During the day they run something like a cafe with a garden in front of the hotel - and they have the very best sangria in Madrid, I recommend trying it. As always at Radisson, friendly, helpful and really nice staff.

Excellent hotel - clean room and a very good breakfast. Staff were also very attentive. Special shout out to reception staff for their local knowledge and the birthday cake for my wife!
