WiFiはもちろん、個人の電話も届かず携帯電話もTVも使用できなかった。エアコンのリモコンがなく、とても寒い毎日だった。御社から事前に送ってきた部屋の半分以下の広さで、とても窮屈だった。

Yes the kitchen is fully equipped.

Clean room. Nice to have a kitchen. Stayed in the biggest room with the balcony. So nice to sit out there and see Barcelona. Great location! Remember to check what is included and what is extra in the fine print.

Kitchen was adequately equipped for cooking, I have not used the kitchen and laundry equipment during my stay, hence not further comments.

The place was very clean but the room was too small for two people.

The room was very comfortable, unfortunately there was a dead moth under the duvet, the description says that it has A/C but what the description does not tell you is that you have to pay 10 euros per day to be able to use it. This property is well located

Most attractions are around the corner. We walked to Sagrada- 25 min, Catalonia square -15 min. Very convenient location. There are 5 rooms at the property, 2 bathrooms to share, excellent kitchen. Our room had a balcony facing inside the block, so it was quite.

Based on prior reviews, we were not convinced that we would actually stay at this property but because we couldn’t cancel, we decided to check it out. We had the larger room with the balcony. Pros Comfortable bed Amazing location Good communication Having access to a kitchen was a pleasant surprise It was clean (enough), but could use a refresh of paint Cons The 2 shared bathrooms with 3 other rooms. Only one of them had a sink and the smaller bathroom was very tight. The sheets and towels were very thin

Aunque bien ubicado, tiene cobros adicionales: - Aire acondicionado (increíble) = 10 EUR - Check in después de las 8 pm = 10 EUR - Guardaequipaje = 10 EUR - Lavandería... No se dice eso en la reservación!

立地はいいが、冷房使うのに金かかるのはどうかと思う。

ホテル感覚で利用してはいけない。海外での生活や海外旅行に慣れていない日本人は利用しない方がいい。スペイン語または英語が日常生活レベルで話せないと、部屋の利用方法などわからず厳しい。 一般住人もいる普通のアパートメントマンションの1室の中を5部屋に分け宿泊施設としている。1部屋も狭く、スーツケースを広げるスペースもない為、ベッドの上で広げる他ない。日中、建物の玄関に管理人さんがいるが、宿泊施設とは一切関係なくアパートメントの管理人さんなので、ルームズランブナのことについては一切知らないご様子。5部屋の利用者全員で1つのトイレ、バスルームを共有するため不衛生かつ非効率的。エアコンは確かについているが、利用するには別途1泊1部屋10€の料金がかかる。バルセロナの夏はかなり暑いので、エアコン無しはかなり過酷。共用スペースに洗濯機はあるが、こちらも別途料金がかかるかつ小さいので、歩いて8分のコインランドリーを使用したほうがいい。ドライヤーなし。 立地だけは良かったが、不慣れな観光として利用するのは避けた方がよい宿泊施設でした。

Bed was awful, there was a dent in the middle had so much trouble sleeping. I was there for almost 2 weeks and bed sheets never changed, fresh towels never were brought! You have to pay 10€ Per Day extra in order to use air-conditioner (which you will HAVE to use in the summer). I lost a single key and was charged 30euros for a replacement for 1 KEY (it can’t cost more than 10 €)!!!! It was very, very loud in the room and it is tiny and I mean tiny! There were people coming in and out and the door slamming was just crazy! The cleaning lady slammed about every drawer, door or anything else that could be slammed (it was in the late morning or early afternoon but you will not get a nice nap in) . I honestly don’t ever write reviews but this room actually ruined the trip. Look elsewhere!! Or stay at a Hostel and pay way, way less for a crappy place to stay or even better after you add the 200€ extra I had to pay for the key and A/C you could get a better hotel! I really wish I would have gotten a hotel!

Emily was amazing, there is another lady that helped during checking that’s very sweet and friendly as well!!!

Room was quite small. We waited more than 30 minutes for agent to arrive and give us access to room. Extra charge for ac. Basic. One of the other rooms had balcony and clothes drying rack. Ours only had two twin beds a small night stand between beds and a metal rack on wall for hanging clothes. Not much room for luggage storage or moving around.

Bra bemötande och skick. Eftersom vi var flera dagar hade det varit bra att kunna få byta handdukar och sängkläder nån gång. Var väldigt varmt och att behöva betala ytterligare pengar (cash) för AC kändes mindre okej. Annars toppen med ett centralt läge.
