Whole trip was execellent hotel should be 5* not 4* All staff were brilliant especially manager Maria who helped me whilst I had to see the hotel doctor The doctor is a private one but doesn’t state anywhere Once I’d seen him he wanted €780 I didn’t pay I went reception next morning where manager Maria help me and my wife Maria was excellent she evening extended our check out from midday to 6pm because off the problem we encountered

Great hotel, we had a spacious superior sea view room, plenty staff around in restaurant and food very fresh and hot. Lots of good food choices. Access to beach at the hotel and taxis cheap into town or ferry port. Plenty sunbeds at the pool areas, helpful, friendly staff. Slight down sides were limited mixer options, ie no zero sugar/ diet options apart from Pepsi Max. Would be useful to have crossover in opening times of restaurants and for pool bar to be open later than 6.45pm to allow drinks in the evening eg when sax player outside there in the evening. All in all though a brilliant hotel, would recommend.

Fantastic stay, highly recommend!From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The entire hotel was super clean, and there were plenty of sunbeds, pools, and activities to keep us entertained. Our room had a stunning view overlooking the pools and the sea! The food was good overall, though the snack bar options could be a little fresher. We had an amazing time and cannot wait to come back again!

Das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Gerade die Außenbereiche hätten eine Renovierung nötig. Das Essen war leider ziemlich eintönig und minderwertig.

Great hotel. Location overlooking cliffs towards Fuerteventura fantastic. Lots of places to sunbathe. Your room was so good!! Sadly we had to leave early due to family illness. Disappointed the hotel did not honour the remaining two nights - staff were very considerate.

All good. Out room was not cleaned one of the days but no big deal. Good amenities but disappointed that tobuse the warm indoor pools you had to pay even on all inclusive

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti presso il Sandos Papagayo, bellissima struttura a pochi passi dalla spiaggia , ottimo cibo, personale gentile. Non mi sento di aggiungere altre stelle per via della scarsa igiene nella sala ristorante. Tazze colazione, piatti e bicchieri intaccati da rimanenze di cibo , ci siamo ritrovati insieme a tante altre persone a dover cercare le tazze più pulite ( o piatti) e mettere da parte quelli sporchi ... questa faccenda per tutta la durata della vacanza. Forse un controllo in più ci starebbe proprio. Altra cosa: se nei bagni delle camere ci sono i bidet devono esserci anche gli asciugamani da bidet e invece no, inesistenti proprio...

Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Wir konnten jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang genießen. Beim Essen gab es immer eine große Auswahl und es hat uns immer gut geschmeckt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben es wirklich sehr genossen.

Das Zimmer war OK, das Personal war immer zuvorkommend und fleißig.

Overall a clean, friendly and calm hotel. Plenty of amenities, such as an on site spa, gym, shops, hairdressers and organised activities throughout the day. 3 pools and jacuzzis. The all inclusive was brilliant with a variety of food and drink available. The Mexican restaurant was outstanding but did require prebooking which was hard to get! The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily.

Rooms are dated, especially bathrooms.

Spacious rooms,clean and tidy,with good views. Very good value All Inclusive.Nice food with plenty of options.Quiet area with nice walks.Free shuttle to beaches and nice bars and restaurants.

Food, swimming pool for adults great During room service, water and coffee was not filled in during stay, only at the end

This was a fantastic long weekend. We upgraded to the elite and enjoyed the adults pool area which was a surprise. Loads of familles but never really heard them Enjoyed branded drinks in the elite open top terrace. Truly relaxing we would definitely return
