Hotel muy cercano al aeropuerto y con buena oferta de servicios, que cubre todas las necesidades de un vuajero en transito o que se quiere quedar en Madrid. Transporte al aeropuerto, estación de Metro que conecta con Madrid en 20 minutos, muy cerca del hotel. Desayuno abundante y rico.

The hotel was conveniently located for the airport and about 30 minutes from the city centre on line 5 metro
The staff were friendly, we could not get the courtesy bus from the airport as we waited and ended up paying 25€ for a taxi, that could have been better information provided. The food and drink in the cafeteria was very good, we tended to eat breakfast there also. The rooms were comfortable with balconys and tea/ coffee making faiclities.

As camas rangiam muito a cada movimento, no menino de deitar ou levantar então, nem se fala, falta de manutenção. Atendimento não foi ruim, porém funcionários passam a impressão de estarem insatisfeitos no ambiente de trabalho, não há simpatia. Como estava de carro, procurei um hotel com estacionamento disponível, esse hotel informa que tem estacionamento disponível, mas na hora do check in disseram que ué estavam com estacionamento lotado e me mandaram procurar lugar na rua, lamentável, por fim, não recomendo esse hotel e não voltaria
