We had some problems with the room. Among others, we had mold in the shower, and it took a while until we cleared that. The third person at the reception helped us very well. We got a different room. There was even an upgrade, and it was much better from then on, but that's not what I would expect from a five-star hotel

Simply impressive. Everything, location, service, hotel. The breakfast buffet was spectacular, and special thanks to Nathalie, whe prepares the omelets, and she is the friendliest person! She makes you feel welcome!

The omelette lady was so friendly and gave good local advice and Joan in the restaurant had excellent customer service skills. The rooftop pool was really beneficial and all staff, food and drinks were exceptional

Vi är otroligt nöjda med hela vår vistelse. Hotellet är modernt, lyxigt och har ett perfekt läge nära både stranden och centrala Barcelona. Rummen var fina, rena och bekväma, och hela hotellet håller en väldigt hög standard. Personalen var fantastisk från början till slut professionella, vänliga och alltid hjälpsamma. Frukosten var riktigt bra med stort utbud och hög kvalitet. Poolområdet och takterrassen var också en stor höjdpunkt och perfekt för att koppla av efter en dag i Barcelona. Vi skulle utan tvekan bo här igen och kan varmt rekommendera Sofitel Barcelona Skipper till alla som vill ha en lyxig och avslappnad vistelse i Barcelona!

I had an amazing stay at the Sofitel hotel. The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making me feel truly welcomed. The buffet breakfast was both delicious and healthy, offering a wide variety of options to start my day right. Conveniently located near the beach, it was perfect for a relaxing escape from the busy city. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.

The staffs are very accommodating and helpful, from front desk to bellmen to concierge. Each of them helped tremendously. I was traveling with a young child and they prepared a mini robe and slippers set for him. I appreciate it very much. The buffet breakfast is also very good and fresh. I highly recommend this hotel.
