Really nice hotel with an excellent breakfast and fabulous bar. Only complaint is that the solid tiled floors make it a bit noisy between corridors and rooms.

Beautiful hotel, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent food. Fantastic views from the lounge and restaurant area. First class stay!

Excelente ubicación

The view amazing, great food, rooms need to be soundproof as you can barely sleep, you can hear all noises from the outside of the hallway, and upper rooms. Other than that its a great place to stay and enjoy the snow

Rum 208 är inte bra. Precis under restaurangköket och väldigt störigt. Detta rum borde inte hyras ut alls.

Great breakfast ,beautiful hotel, small rooms but walls too thin between rooms, noisy.

Hotel lindo, café da manhã espetacular!!!

Rummet och servicen motsvarade inte förväntningarna. Hade varit bättre att bo på ett hostel. Frukost och läge var väldigt bra men väldigt låg nivå på bemötande från personal i reception och i baren samt rummen vara katastrof.

Hotel reception and social areas are fantastic. The rooms need an update! bathrooms are old. The room was clean no issues there just very dated unlike the social areas they were amazing

El hotel tiene buena reforma y esta muy bien ubicado. Pasamos dos noches y una nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría. La caja fuerte tampoco funcionaba. Para ser un hotel nuevo le falta mantenimiento. El personal estupendo. El desayuno muy bien. Las habitaciones algo pequeñas. En general un hotel correcto que debería mejorar en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones, no es admisible tener que ducharse una mañana con agua fría...

Nice hotel the location is perfect for skiing trip to Sierra Nevada. The new owner did some nice upgrades. Rooms are nice and been refurbished but there is a lot of not from hall and other rooms so earplugs are needed for a good night sleep. There are lots of couch areas in the hotel where you can chill with the family and play cards etc. The menu card in the restaurant was only in Spanish and some other instructions in the spa are was also only available in Spanish. Breakfast buffet was nice with a good selection but be there when they open otherwise you risk standing in line. In general you get good value for money at the hotel.

Meget bra plassering med nærhet til alt. 10% rabatt på skiutleie over gaten. Lagring av ski i garasjen under hotellet. God frokost og fin afterski bar. Et lite minus for at internet og TV ikke fungerte i rommet. Vi sa fra i resepsjonen med svar at « i noen etasjer fungerer nettet dårlig». Beklager, men i 2025 så skal nettet fungere i ALLE etasjer. Litt retro stil i gangene, men ellers et meget bra hotel.

Public areas of the hotel are modern and well kept. The location of the hotel is perfect for skiing and access to restaurants and shops. The breakfast was amazing and well organised. However the bedroom decor was tired and the bedroom was small and felt smaller due to the presence of an extra bed. We were on the -2 level which was directly under the dining room and had the constant sound of chairs being pulled across the floor. Our ‘mountain view’ also included an area piled high with waste as well as the roof of the floor below which had the slate tiles removed ( and stacked on our windowsill). Bar service in the evening was very slow as there seemed to be only one person serving to a packed room. Disappointing for such an expensive hotel!
