AMAZING OASIS IN THE CAMINO!

Flawless. Best place I’ve ever stayed

After a looong day of walking, I didn’t want to debate why The air conditioning was not working in our room. We used fan mode because the a/c was not functional. I sell AC’s for a living and know this was not a user error issue. The bed was likely bedbug ridden, saw a few noticeable blood stains. Again, not in debate mode. Last, I wasn’t planning on using pool but learned at checkin that we couldn’t use room towels and would have to pay for their other towels. Outside of their control, fireworks started booming down the street, waking me up at midnight and took an hour to get back to sleep. I didn’t enjoy the experience.

Nunca me había ido tan mal en un hotel. La habitación LLENA DE CHINCHES. Algo no me latía de encontrarla tan perfumada! El servicio fatal. No hay forma de contactar con la persona encargada fuera de SUS horarios. La única opción para pedir ayuda es llamar a la policía. Las toallas húmedas, la almohada olorosa, no hay ni siquiera vasos. SUGIERO RETIRAR ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO DE LAS LISTAS DE HOTELS.COM I have never had such a bad time in a hotel. The room FULL OF BEDBUGS. Something didn't tickle me to find it so perfumed! The worst service ever: there is no way to contact the person in charge outside HIS hours. The only option to ask for help is to call the police. The towels were damp, the pillow smelly, there were not even a plastic cup available. I SUGGEST REMOVING THIS PROPERTY FROM THE HOTELS.COM LISTINGS

Hotel has nice grounds/pool/patio.

The location was great, just off the Camino. Staff was super friendly when we checked in and a little later when we had to buy water

Terrible. El hotel no tiene recepción. Tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos para que viniera una persona. La habitación no tenía calefacción. Intente comunicarme con los números que brinda el hotel y nunca respondieron. Tuve que llamar a Expedía y luego de varias horas me cambiaron la habitación. Una experiencia horrible.

The most clean and most modern among all the local places. You will feel like in a brand new home! Friendly welcome, familiar but not jumping on you. Highly recommended!

Excellent room. Shared bathroom was with another room only and it was superb. This property is still being developed but it was clean, tidy and very modern. I think a pool coming to the garden by 2020. Great value for night.

Se trata de un establecimiento muy nuevo. Nosotros estuvimos 2 adultos y 2 niñas en una habitación. Son muy espaciosas, los colchones nuevos, el baño estupendo con una gran ducha. Está situado entre calles y no se puede aparcar en la puerta, hay que ir a alguna de las calles próximas pero no hay problema de aparcamiento.

Très bien, chambre spacieuse claire et moderne. La salle de bain "privée" est en réalité partagée par 2 (voire 3) chambres. Dans notre cas, pas problème, l'autre chambre étant inoccupée.
