If you are looking for a hotel in a calm and welcoming location, you are in the right place.

Modern and stylish, the W is conveniently located in Santa Eulalia, a beautiful small town 10 minutes from Ibiza town. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. The pool has a bar and a sun tanning area, although a little narrow with limited sun beds. The gym is well equipped and has everything for a serious workout. Breakfast is nice as well, although it’s “à la carte”, no buffet. Overall the W is a very good choice for those who want to relax in style.

Nach dem Ärgernis beim Einchecken und dem schwierigen Start, dann doch noch eine gute Reaktion des Managements und es war dann doch noch ein schöner Aufenthalt

All absolutely amazing. Great great staff... but be ready... it is noisy (same songs all day til11 pm...). If you are OK with that. Must stay. We loved!!!

Well, I think the hotel has been labelled as five star by hotel.com I think this was quite deceiving from the hotel.com as this hotel does not qualify for five star facility. They had a problem with the check-in service. We were promised one room given another. The breakfast area was quite crowded and small. It does not satisfy the number of hotel guests and can impact on the service provided. The pictures provided were not compatible with the actual reality. There is no buffet service for the breakfast. Though people try to do their best. I think the whole system is not fit for such a process. I it’s best to label it as four star and certainly the pricing level was higher than the expected level.

Gorgeous hotel , very discreet but beautiful. Staff were all amazing and so kind and attentive. Pools were lovely. Will definitely be back !

Tolles Hotel unserer Lieblingshotelkette W. Modern, pfiffige Architektur, sauber, lebendig, sehr gute Musik am Pool und auf der Dachterrasse (teilweise mit DJ), sehr gutes Frühstück, aufmerksames Personal, herrliche Suite (Marvellous Suite) im 5. Stock mit sehr großer Terrasse und wundervollem Meerblick. Sehr schöne und extrem saubere Poolanlage (Wet Deck) und sehr schöner Pool mit Liegen auf der Dachterrasse (Glow Bar) mit perfektem Service. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Eines der schönsten W Hotels, in denen wir bisher waren. In den vielen bunten Kissen in der extrem schönen Lobby und auf den Treppen spiegelt sich der Ibiza-Stil wider. Sehr gelungen! Kompliment!

Really nice hotel and rooms, food and cocktail options were great. Staff were lovely and it’s in a really nice part of Ibiza. Theres a little taxi rank right outside the hotel too. I arrived early and they had upgraded our room to a sea view and ready before normal check in time which was a bonus. The room was really nice (although I’d hardly call it a sea view), the balcony did smell of stale cigarettes so I didn’t spend much time out there. There was also a €200 daily charge on the room which I’ve never experienced before so it would have been €800 for the four nights we were there. A bit excessive in my opinion. I was also really disappointed that there were no beach beds by the beach when there’s an image showing some. Loved the loungers in the pool.
