工作人員服務好，雖然硬件舊了一點，但整體來說性價比高，體驗不錯。提供風筒，電熱水壺，毛巾，番梘，電視，熱水洗澡。 位置於市中心，轉左行10分鐘到郵局，轉右行10分鐘有Pizza Hut超級市場好方便，行20幾分鐘到Gregory lake

It is ok although lack of some supply in the room. Owner is friendly to help for my journey. Nothing around although it is a small town.

非常棒！老板人很好，我们四个人给安排了一个六人间三个大双人床，两间屋子，还能自己做饭，被我们干掉了一个炉灶，你们再去用的炉灶就应该是我们买的哈哈

服務親切，但房子有點老舊

We stayed one night here and even though the staff was very friendly the room was rather filthy and moldy. Also the place was very cold we had to use 2 blankets.

Very nice guy who ran the guesthouse, he was wonderful! But the room was not so nice, the bathroom did smell and not much hot water, the covers in bed did not feel clean.

Nice place, attentive staff. Good lobby with comfortable sofas. Close to the center and shops. They have shared kitchen so you can cook if you have special diet. And kitchen is clean which is not common there

Very comfortable room with extremely friendly and helpful manager and staff in this hotel that’s in a very good situation in a beautiful part of the country. Highly recommended.

Ett mysigt boende en liten bit utanför byn. Stora rum med rejäla bekväma sängar. Lite svajigt WiFi men fungerade i lobbyn. Trevliga killar som jobbade där, fick dom tips och råd vi behövde för fortsatt resa. God frukost. Tack för trevligt boende.

Très basic...Propre, petit matelas avec le drap qui le couvre mais sans drap audessus. Nous n'avions que la couverture pour nous abriller. J'avais un sac de couchage en soie, qui heureusement nous a servit de drap. Il fait froid et humide dans les chambres car il n'y a pas de chauffage. Nous nous sommes couchés avec pyjamas et des bas aux pieds. Il n'y a pas grand chose à voir où a faire en ville. Mais notre séjour fut quand même agréable. Nous y sommes restés deux nuits. Nous avons loué un scouter pour aller à Ella puisque c'était impossible devreserver dans le train des places assises. Deux heures de routes en montagnes à voir les plantations, les villages et le panorama. Le propriétaire était serviable et acceuillant. Le déjeuner très basic

Jonathan and the team were perfect hosts, arranging transport for me and welcoming me with open arms. I'd definitely stay here again.

Det var kallt på rummet och ta med frukosten, den var bättre än den som serverades på hotellet. Tog ca 10 min att gå in till stan. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi stannade 3 nätter, hade räckt med två nätter

英語がぺらペラで親しみやすいスタッフさんがいる。 とても親切にしてもらえた。 建物は民家。内装はきれいで部屋は清潔。 ホットシャワーは10分ぐらいの短い時間なら使える。使ってからまた10分ぐらいは温めの時間が必要。ここは、夜は寒いので大人数で留まると不便に感じるかもしれない。 立地はバス停まで10分ぐらいで悪くない。

Hotel położony około 20 minut piechotą od centrum miejscowości. Pokój przestronny, za to łazienka niewielka. Obsługa bardzo miła, nie było problemu z późniejszym wymeldowaniem, jak wychodziliśmy przed godziną podawania śniadań był dla nas przygotowany suchy prowiant, jak poprosiliśmy przenosiła nam ciepła kawę czy herbatę. Trzeba pamiętać, iż w chłodne i wilgotne dni (które w tamtym rejonie wyspy zdarzają się często) w pokoju jest wilgotno gdyż nie ma tam żadnego ogrzewania.

We only stayed at New Royal Mount Hotel one night- but we really enjoyed our room, the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast. The hotel manager is a young guy and if you have any question, i am sure he will give you a satisfaying and helpful answer. The room was big and bright with a nice view to Nuwara Eliya and the mountains in the back. There is a bus-stop near the hotel (400 m) and Nuwara Eliya is just a 7 min walk away. We really enjoyed our time, thank you for beeing our host!
