A very average motel-like place a couple of blocks off the beach in Negombo. Room smell reminded me of 5th grade boys' rest room deodorizer. Did not strike me as a nice or interesting area. Would suffice for a base, but I suspect you can do better.

Only one night stay in this hotel cos arrived late and need a hotel near airport for the night...an average hotel

We stayed here for one night prior to catching the flight out from Bandaranaike Airport the next morning. The hotel is in Negombo which is a very very busy, very touristy area very close to the airport. This hotel is just ever so slightly off the very busy bustling main strip , which makes it a lot quieter than the strip. This is a very new hotel. Condition and maintenance are therefore top notch. Perfectly nice little pool and dining area. The internet/wifi in the rooms works as promised. Bathrooms clean and functional. A few minor quality of life quirks remain in the rooms such as the lack of a closet or drawers to put clothes in but I imagine these will get added soon. No elevators for second and third floors in case you have problems with stairs. Hotel proprietor was extremely courteous and friendly, staff polite as usual. Price was very reasonable for Negombo.

Det är rent och ok på rummet. På vårat rum 216 var de 2 st ac kompressorer som förde ett enormt väsen. Var bultade rätt i väggen. Frukosten var väldigt enkel, tyvärr var det mängder med flugor vid varje bord. Vi hade bokat 4 nätter men valde att lämna efter 2. Cirka 50 meter ifrån hotetellet finns det en gata med restauranger och affärer.
