早餐款式不多但質數都幾好，另外發現房間有很多小昆蟲

客房乾淨 空間很大 插座也很友善不同國家的 方便度出乎預期

地點幽靜，交通方便，地勢較高些，需走一點斜坡，服務好，房間乾淨。

沒有停車場，這點可以改善

Nice and clean room, offering early check-in which was a big plus! The front desk staff was very friendly, answering all kinds of questions we had. The hotel was about 10 minute walk to Zurich HB and COOP supermarket, and 3 minute walk to tram station. Overall I'd say its very convenient.

方便和員工很親切

i stayed on second floor almost two weeks ago, everything was good. i stayed on fifth floor this time, it's very different. As it's on the highest level (5/F), so it's much smaller and the ceiling height is much shorter, just about 2 metres. And because of the pitched roof, it made it further smaller. i want to say, i paid the same amount, but the room is much smaller than those on lower floors. It's really not fair.

The location is super where near the Zurich HB and walk within 7 mins. Those staff are really helpful and friendly. The room is big enough, air-conditioner is provided, but the lighting of the bathroom is little bit dark.

Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!

The reception staff welcome us with a smile despite how busy he was. Explained that we only booked one room for one person so we have to upgrade to 4 person in a nice way. We only have to pay little extra which is no problem. Overall the room is clean & bed is comfy 👍 Thanks Bristol !!

Konum çok iyi fakat kahvaltı çok yetersiz. Otele bakım yapılmalı banyolar özellikle oldukça eski.

駅から近いので、初日に到着した時に便利でした。周りは静かで良かったです。

We had a great stay at this hotel. It is a very family friendly hotel with great staff that were so helpful. I would recommend to all to stay here when in Zermatt.

Great for the location and price. Close to the train station. Several restaurants around. Convenient for the tram. It was fine for our one night layover. As others have mentioned, it is quite small.

I was disappointed that, even though my room was clean and ready at 12:46 p.m., I wasn’t allowed to check in. After a 14-hour flight, I had hoped for a little flexibility and understanding. I also tried to contact the hotel three times before my arrival, but I never received a response. This made the experience even more frustrating and disappointing.
