Beautiful view. Location is good. But it is a little bit noisy as it is beside the main road.

房間及浴室都很大，服務人員很親切，離火車站、纜車站都不遠，性價比很高

大堂櫃台只有朝早大概9-11:30，下晝3:00-7:00有人喺度，其他時間要撳鐘先有人出嚟服務，如你到晚上有咩需要都要到樓下大堂打個專用電話先有人回應，呢樣比較唔方便。 我哋喺係大概中午時間左右到達，發現酒店係關上門，撳鐘等1-2分鐘先有人出嚟開門畀我哋入，亦要硬性3:00先可以check in. 不過個哥哥仔都好人幫我哋先寄存行李，我哋出去玩完返嚟check in後，佢都已幫我哋送埋行李上房。 服務員禮貌好好，不過好多嘢要問要處理就要趁有人當值時處理好。 不過酒店位置方便，5分鐘都可以由火車站到達，露台開揚直接望山。

Staffs are helpful and super friendly, room excellent clean and breakfast were great 😊 supermarkets located ground floor next building, will recommend to my friends.

非常適合家庭出遊，我們訂了家庭房，一個房間有雙人床，一個是沙發床，沙發床也是很好入眠，帶有有設備完善的廚房可以煮飯，還有小陽台可以看艾格峰，下次還會再入住。

四人房，其中一張梳化床，床褥凹陷，整晚難眠。

酒店位置近車站，員工友善，景色優美

Located in the middle of Grindelwald Bahnhof and Firstbahn, easy to access. Great view of Mountain Eiger from the balcony. Place is clean and well decorated. Since the hotel is just next to the road and my room is on the first floor, there was noise from vehicles in the early morning.

地點佳，房間陽台可享山景，床好睡乾淨，門口有公車站，離車站步行5分鐘，早餐豐盛 ...唯二缺點，房間無冷氣及電扇，早餐8點太晚

飯店前面就是公車站，超便利。飯店下面就有超市買東西方便，很棒的飯店!

Perfect facility, convenient for stay

整體來講，酒店值得推薦入住。酒店員工非常友善，免費早餐。房間有很大露臺有臺凳可以望左對面Eiger 美景喝咖啡，喝酒，享受美食……

We stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family in late May 2019. When we checked in, we told the receptionist that we may leave the hotel at around 7am on the day that we check out. We would like to know if the hotel could help us to keep the luggage for few hours after check out. The receptionist said we could leave the luggage and the room key at our room in the morning. She also told us that she could help to prepare a packed breakfast for us! The receptionist is very nice and helpful. The room that we stayed is apartment Eiger. There is balcony, you could enjoy the stunning views of the Eiger, Wetterhorn and Schreckhorn even through you don’t leave room! In addition, the hotel is centrally located, about 10 minutes walk from the Grindelwald railway station, 5 minutes walk to the gondola to First. The ski bus stop is just located in front of the hotel. If you go to the hotel by bus from the train station, it only takes 1 min. The Migros (supermarket) is located at the basement, it very convenient to get ingredients e.g. cheese, buns and snacks for a day of mountain hiking. of course you could prepare your dinner at the department and then have the dinner at the balcony and enjoy the sunset view of the mountains! I really enjoyed the dinner time with my family at the room! Overall, cosy hotel with good location, fantastic views and comfortable warm and quiet room, excellent services! If my family visit Grindelwald again, we would definitely stay here again.

離車站不遠，容易到達，我們的房間有個可直接看到艾格峰的陽台，我們都很喜歡，早餐選擇不多但還不錯，房間部分乾淨舒適，整體而言值得推薦

距離車站不遠，飯店人員親切，雖然早餐選擇不多且多為冷食，但提供熱茶及熱咖啡。是非常溫馨的一間飯店。
