Pros: Convenient and quite locations with about 5-10mins walkable distance to Brig station. Complementary with free parking. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Cons: There is a few steps at the main entrance in which you need some efforts on moving your luggage.

Comfy and cozy hotel near train station. Room is renovated new with quality interior equipments. Bed is very comfortable. Variety of fresh food offered for breakfast. Very enjoyable stay!

Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Unser Zimmer war gross, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Dass es keine Klimaanlage hat, wussten wir (ein Ventilator war vorhanden) und bei der grossen Hitze waren wir nicht verwundert, dass es im Zimmer sehr warm war (den Umständen geschuldet). Das Frühstück war ausreichend, es hatte eine grosse Auswahl an Broten. Das übrige Angebot war für 4* etwas bescheiden. Leider war die Dame am Empfang nicht wirklich gastfreundlich, nicht einmal ein Gruss beim Ankommen und auch kein Guten Morgen auf dem Weg zum Frühstück. Da gibt es Verbesserungspotential.

I booked this for an overnight stay for our journey to Italy the next morning. The hotel has a great location by the train station, very clean and quiet. The dinner was excellent, one of the best in a long time. Excellent presentation, flavor and portions. Very much enjoyed our conversation with the owner.

very late arrival due to Cornergrat railway closure (spent 3hours trapped at 3000 feet!) was quickly checked in with still time to eat in the excellent restaurant. nice small room but with every facility. scrummy brekky with smoked salmon bacon & eggs- recommended

Un accueil excellent et flexible. Notre séjour a été tumultueux, entre trains retardés et enfant malade. Nous avons reçu un accueil et une empathie rare à trouver dans les établissements hôteliers de nos jours. J'aime les grandes maisons pour la valeur ajoutée aux séjours. Aucune maison 5* où j'ai logé n'a fait preuve de tant d'empathie et humanité. Cette maison m'a enseigné de revoir mes standards de snob. Etant du métier par héritage familial, je ne pèse pas mes mots. Un lieu emprunt d'amour par ceux qui le font vivre. Metci!

Perfect stay for two nights. Location - 5 mins from the station and also town centre. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room comfortable and neat, fully equipped with everything required. Breakfast buffet selection plentiful and high quality ingredients. Would definitely stay for future visits to Brig.
