飯店很精緻，服務人員態度佳！

酒店位置很好，火车站步行10分钟，过桥就是购物街。服务也还不错，只是设施有点旧，马桶要冲两次才行，面盆的下水道还堵了一次。最不太满意的是这么高的房价还不含早，性价比不高！

The hotel itself is wonderful - beautiful and comfortable rooms and nice staff. The spa, however, was a tremendous disappointment. One of masseuses arrived 30 min late for our couples massage and we only got a 60 min massage when we booked a 90 minute massage. They only charged us for the 60 minute but there was hardly an apology and no compensation for their mistakes. In addition, there is no real check-in at the spa and the hot tub was lukewarm warm.

Excellent location. Bar with live piano. Clean rooms with all the amenities. Even Gibiret bidet. Breakfast for 38 euros per person.

This was a great location next to the lake in several great restaurants, including la Casanova. The bed was very comfortable in the room spacious.

This is a very nice hotel and was a great choice for our family trip. We had two rooms and asked for early check-in, and they kindly gave us our rooms at 12 PM, which we really appreciated. We arrived earlier at 7:00 AM to drop off our luggage after a long trip, but unfortunately not even a glass of water or a coffee was offered, which would have been a very nice gesture after long travels. The rooms are lovely and the location is perfect. The food at the hotel is good. However, the staff at the restaurant were not very pleasant or accommodating, which was disappointing. The beds and towels are excellent, and the spa is excellent as well. Overall, despite a few service issues, this is a very nice hotel and I would stay here again.

We got an upgrade of superior room to deluxe room, which is very nice. Staff all very friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. Small spa area but good for the city centre location.

Everything within walking distance. Restaurants, shopping etc. Even the Bus stops for quick day trip to France
