卡普里斯酒店

The hotel is slightly elevated and is just a short walk from Grindelwald station, making it both quiet and convenient. The room was spacious and spotless, and the breakfast was delightful, especially the sesame bread and cold cuts. The host’s friendly cat greeted us warmly and even played with us, adding a special touch to our stay. We stayed for five nights and truly appreciated the excellent balance of price and quality of service.

住宿體驗十分好，地理位置方便，步行3分鐘便到車站，超市coop 5分鐘內便到達。房間露台的景觀可望到雪山、Grindelwald的草地，拍照一流。唯一問題是枕頭比較軟身，睡得不太好。

Everything is fine. The only shortcoming is that there is no AC.

这个酒店离火车站直线距离不远，可是要上一个山坡，路挺陡的，另有一条小路，可是要走台阶，提箱子不方便。我们的房间正对艾格峰，可以看到梦幻山坡，不过在阳台上用手机拍梦幻山坡就有点远（位置不是正对）而且前面有电线塔等遮挡物。另外酒店没有电梯，前台女服务员很厉害，帮我们提了一个大箱子上2楼。上网要提供手机号接收验证码，稍微麻烦点。早餐还行，其实我觉得瑞士酒店的早餐都差不多。

酒店比較細，家庭式經營，不會像一般酒店，有時候想找人詢問也沒有人，店主們不算是熱情的人，尤其那位女士，她表現得很cool，早餐時的接待亦是沒有太多笑容。 我們的房間內，浴室是透明玻璃，因我和另一朋友住，非常不便，要求換房，但他們説房已滿，所以不能換，只用浴廉幫我們阻擋了三分二的玻璃門，冲涼位置也依舊是透明玻璃的，所以冲涼時也完全讓朋友看到，非常尷尬，這樣的經驗不好受。 房間內並沒有冷氣及風扇，我們一行6人三間房，6月尾去到真的很熱，朋友們也說睡得不太好，房間內雖然看到的景很美，但我們的房，每天都被大陽照了很久，非常熱，詢問下，店主給我們一把風扇，並叫我們出門時要拉上窗簾及關閉所有窗，晚上回房其實真的很焗，店主有給我們一盒冰水浸腳。 房間內垃圾不是次次清理，有一天回房是，浴巾在架上也是沒有整理。酒店內有浸浴及運動房，但也因為裏面太焗所以並沒有使用。 酒店近車站，但帶行李推上斜頗費力。酒店早餐麵包好吃，但早餐種類比較少。以我們每晚每房住宿價錢超過$2000，相信有其他選擇，整體住宿感覺不太好。

Close to station. Room was pretty old and with unpleasant smell.

個人認為床褥太軟，睡得不舒服

It is very important to stay in this hotel if you carry a lot of / heavy luggage. It is just 3 minutes walk from the train station and bus stop. Moreover, the supermarket is just nearby. The room is ok. The breakfast is good. It is a family owned hotel. The owner is helpful and you can book the ticket with him.

酒店位置很好，视野好，就在少女峰脚下，离登山火车的站点2分钟路程。房间比较整洁，床很舒服。免费停车。早餐还可以。老板彬彬有礼，但谈不上热情，和其他瑞士人不太一样。这是我们全程最贵的一晚。

從車站到飯店僅需3分鐘，飯店位置非常好，面艾格峰及整片廣闊草原，特別是坐在陽台時。住在這裡每天心情都很愉悅與放鬆！

We have spent 3 days in the hotel. Its location is great as easily access to all transportations. Accommodation is nice and staff is helpful. Little reminder is travellers has to expect a bit inconvenience if they have large luggages, as there are uphill slopes before reaching the hotels.

Location is close to train station and bus stops which could travel easily to other major spots like interlaken. A kind reminder that there is uphill slope before reaching the hotel, which maybe difficult for one with heavy luaggages.

價格與質素不付正比。不值這房價。如要熱水，要麻煩職員幫忙去廚房拿。不及其他酒店職員友善。睡房設計比相像中舊。但地點非常優越！到車站，行兩至三分鐘。有花園，睡房寧靜。可以拿免費萍果！

Conveniently located to the train station. Room is clean and tidy. Facilities are adequate. But staff could be more welcoming

O primeiro contato já foi estranho, entramos no hotel e tinha uma família sentada na recepção, achamos que eram hospedes, e ficamos aguardando até que um momento depois vieram nos atender. Pagamento da taxa da cidade somente em dinheiro(apenas esse hotel fez isso). O quarto muito bom, novinho, banheiro ótimo, localização muito boa! O café da manhã também achamos estranho, muito regulado, tudo tinha que pedir, sempre colocavam pouca comida na mesa para ir repondo. Ovos com bacon feitos na hora quentinho( porém a mesma coisa, pouca quantidade). Hotel tem grande potencial, porém deve melhorar esse quesito.
