Staff were very helpful. Maxine could not have done anymore for us, all very polite and friendly. Loved the hotels charm and decor. Room could not have been cleaner and the welcome note with chocolates a nice touch. Short walk to train station and lake Geneva. Highly recommend.

It’s only around 8 mins from metro, but street to hotel is dirty... though the room is a bit small, we like the style and decor, as well as spacious and stylish toilet. Pillow is too soft and flat. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby, especially recommend a Thai one next to McD, and a Chinese restaurant opposite to metro (need to go downstairs). overall is a good stay.

Nice room withbampme space and a very comfortable bed. We had a room with a mini kitchenette so did not try the hotel breakfast. The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting the city,and accessing the train station. It is also close to many good neighborhood restaurants with good food and good prices.
