飯店就在聖模里茲湖旁，我們訂湖景房，風景優美。服務人員友善，住宿期間曾在女妖山滑倒，跟飯店要了冰塊冰敷，飯店人員還主動借我藥膏塗抹，謝謝飯店人員！

Best location, great mountain view. Very quiet and clean room. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Room was clean. Staff helpful. Make sure you get down to breakfast early.

While the location and views are great, the Regina’s rooms are desperately in need of an update. Our room had threadbare carpet, a stained bed scarf, stained window treatments and chair upholstery. The bathroom had multiple tiles without grout and were completely loose. The breakfast the first day was ok, but went downhill from there. They ran out of bacon on days two and three and on the third day the scrambled eggs had so much salt they were truly inedible. The staff was professional, but clearly stressed by owner micromanagement. Note that the rooms do not have AC and fans weren’t available. Given global warming this is going to be more of a problem over time. Also, other amenities like built in device USB chargers and a refrigerator were lacking. There is potential, but the owners need to do much more to earn the 4 star rating.

I paid extra ($600 a night) for a room with a balcony and a view of the valley and alps. When I arrived I was given a room on the back with a tree in front of the window. When I showed my reservation, I felt the manager blamed me for not contacting the hotel and saying Expedia/hotel.com didn’t show this on the reservation. We did end up getting a two bedroom suite with a balcony. It was large, very nice shower. However, the carpets were very stained as was the couch. The balcony had cigarette butts on it and a piece of broken glass. The place needs an upgrade for sure. I was disappointed for the price. Breakfast was excellent except on Sunday. Seemed they ran out of things by 9 and did not replace. Breakfast did not end until 10. Overall, I would not recommend for the price

Bit older property but nice location and views.

The hotel in nice looking with a beautiful view and balcony. Unfortunately it was hard to enjoy if neighboring room likes to leave cigarettes out on their balcony. We would have appreciated a fridge and the tv was dated. The breakfast is served in a beautiful room and I would have enjoyed it more if they had been straight forward about the start time. They said that it started at 7:30. I arrived at 7:35 and the room was almost full and not all food options were available. I found out later that they shad allowed other groups to come earlier. I would have like to come earlier too if I had known it was possible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Regina. The hotel is right by the train station and within close proximity of many hiking trails. The staff members were welcoming, spoke excellent English, and provided directions and advice on nearby activities. The hotel breakfast was included with our room, and was an impressive buffet meal.

The property is in a fantastic location, very close to the train station, and offers spectacular views. However, the overall experience was not comfortable and the hotel is clearly in need of major upgrades. We got a double room on the top floor, but it lacked basic amenities like air conditioning. The windows were very small for viewing. Small room with bed had no air conditioning and even windows could not be opened, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. We ended up sweating through the sleep. When we raised this with the front desk, we were given a small portable fan, which was both noisy and ineffective. The bed was not comfortable, and the sofa in the lower level was worn and torn. The room itself felt like a converted attic, with very low ceilings on the upper level that required constant caution to avoid hitting our heads. Although we only stayed for one night, the price was quite high, and we expected much better value. At a minimum, a comfortable bed and proper climate control should be standard. The location is excellent, the staff was friendly, and the views are breathtaking—but the property urgently needs significant upgrades to justify its pricing.

We returned 10 years after a ski holiday in this same quaint hotel. It is in a great position to explore the area, the staff were very friendly and helpful It is of a past time which is welcoming and warm but maybe some attention to some of its aging parts would be helpful to the hotel itself because otherwise it is delightful

The location of this property, steps away from the Wengen train station, is extremely convenient; also, the view to the valley where Lauterbrunnen sits, is fantastic. Staff is courteous and the installations were very cozy and clean. Breakfast is also very rich and served with care by friendly staff.

We stayed 3 nights 4-7th May. Loved the hotel. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony with the most amazing views which really made our stay very special. First visit to Switzerland but not the last! Breakfast was very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The sauna and steam room at the end of the day was lovely. Bath and shower great. Hotel needs freshening up a little but we loved it anyway and the location is fantastic. You just walk from the hotel down to the train station. The walk from Wengen to Lauterbrunnen was fabulous.Hope to return again.

O hotel tem uma vista incrível, peguei o quarto com varanda para o vale a vista é espetacular. O piso do quarto precisa ser trocado é carpete muito antigo. O banheiro é bem pequeno e o quarto tamanho razoável. Hotel antigo. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Jantamos no hotel a comida é divina.

The hotel is old and outdated. For example there was one electrical outlet in the room. It was difficult to charge phones and watches.
