Staff were helpful, the room was clean and a good temperature. The beds were really comfortable, and sufficient amount of space for 3 adults. Great location, easy walking distance to most attractions, and a great benefit getting the free Geneva travel pass so we could use the trams for some of the attractions beyond walking distance like CERN.

The location is very good that it’s close to the main train station. The staff are very helpful. They guided us how to get the ticket for the free traffic within Geneva. The room are spacious enough for two big luggages. Definitely recommend it!

We travelec in March so did not use ac. The location was great as it was near train statio. And easy access to Lake Geneva. Lots of good restaurants near hotel. Older hotel, but clean and staff was great.

Great staff and location of the hotel, breakfast was simple but nice, the room was clean but the walls were dirty. The room’s main door didn’t have any additional locks (internal security) which didn’t make me feel safe throughout the night so that’s a thing to be aware of if you’re gonna be travelling alone.

I could not stay comfortable because of the pigeons just next to the window. I asked to change my room as I have bird phobia, but it was rejected. I would not choose this hotel if I have a chance to toto Geneva again.
