We really appreciated the staff! We discovered that the AC in our room wasn’t working so they worked diligently to get us into another room, and happily it was an upgraded room. Unfortunately however, the AC also didn’t work in that room. Because it was so late we slept in the heat. Ultimately we left happy- perhaps the issue was our expectations- the staff made up for any hot sleeping conditions. We would stay here again for the hospitality! Breakfast was great, well stocked, fresh, and great attendant. Thank you!

The location is very good that it’s close to the main train station. The staff are very helpful. They guided us how to get the ticket for the free traffic within Geneva. The room are spacious enough for two big luggages. Definitely recommend it!

I discovered the hotel had a little gym with 3 cardio machines in basement, genuinely surprised. Breakfast had a decent selection. Guests could use tea/coffee machines in lobby during the day. Property has been remodeled and feels fresh.
On the downside, the rooms facing the large street are loud. The windows need upgrading to keep out noise. Offering earplugs would be a short term solution. The outside of the building looks old, and needs upgrades to match pleasant interiors.

Price is too high as per the room standard and amenities available. No iron in the room. Towel racks are too high and had towel rack is too low under the sink.

Bien situé près de gare de Genève. Chambre propre de bonne dimension. Notre chambre donnait sur le boulevard devant l’hôtel et c’était un peu bruyant car la fenêtre ne fermait pas très bien. Petit déjeuner un peu juste.

A comfortable and reasonably sized room, well appointed and with a good shower room. An in-room fridge was a bonus allowing us to keep drinks chilled and food fresh. Beds were comfortable.
We didn't book breakfast but it looked quite reasonable, and we gained as we returned to the hotel in the late afternoon too going a plate of croissants and pain au chocolate by the (complimentary) coffee machine.
The coffee machine only delivered black coffees and hot water most of the day, but cappuccino and latte coffee were available first thing in the morning.

Chose the hotel for its convenient location close to the train station. Staff was friendly, check in easy, hotel offers a free public transportation card during your stay. The room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again if in Geneva.

Fantastic location with close proximity to the train station, lakeshore, restaurant and shops. Great breakfast add on - definitely do it! Spacious bathroom. Very private and quiet up on the 5th floor.
