To be honest, the location of the hotel is not very convenient. It is far away from the main station / town by walking. No shuttle bus is provided for going in or out, but there is shuttle bus for departure and arrival. The hotel is at the middle of the mountain. We pushed all suitcases up to the hotel. It would not be easy if you travelled with kids or elderly. On the other hand, we were not very happy with the security. Our door was opened by strangers in the morning on the check out day. We were all very shocked. We did not know who the men were. They opened then closed and walked away. It was weird. However, the house was nice and the view was good.

The apartment is great but getting back to apartment is a long walk with stairs, not easy for old age. Otherwise，everything is great and comfortable.

Very beautiful. And nice place worth this price

We rented the penthouse. It had a great view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. They had a shuttle waiting for us upon arrival and the staff was helpful with all our luggage. There is even a hot tub, steam and sauna room for use in the building. Will definitely recommend staying here

A little bit of a hike up the hill but it was a beautiful view and a lovely place. Felt like home out in the mountains with a beautiful balcony

Loved the location and was extremely easy to walk to town. Beautiful views and was exceptionally clean. Loved the ski room to store equipment.

Very hard to walk up to but great apartment once there. Very comfy beds.

Way too steep of path for luggage-and some is stairs with no way to get the large luggage up.

Everything was excellent except the way to get to the hotel you need to walk up a steep hill prior to getting to the hotel. It is a little difficult for older individuals.

Not convinent, long steep walk way steps, to just get down to the service riad. The lights along the steps never on. Very dangerous walk back to the apartment at night.

Beautiful appartement with amazing view on the Matterhorn. We were a family of 8 staying in the 4 bedrooms penthouse. We loved our stay there and the wellness spa area was a lovely way to recover after a day of hiking. The only comment we have is about the kitchen supplies. If you want to cook a meal for 8 persons, there is very limited kitchen supplies. No scissors, no cutting board, no cheese grater, only 2 small cooking pans. We made a cheese fondue and there were only 6 cheese fondue forks. Luckily, we had friendly neighbors who landed us some extra forks :-)

車を降りた道路からホテルまで登り坂で、荷物の搬入が大変。ホテル側がボーターを用意してくれるとの約束が守られない。 ホテル側が駅までの専用車を用意してくれるとの約束の時間が守られない。 低層階の部屋からマッターホルンは見えない。 ホテルの受付がなく連絡するのが不自由。 ドイツ語や英語が話せない人は連絡が難しい。 It is difficult to bring in luggage from the road where you got off the car to the hotel on an uphill slope. The promise that the hotel will provide a boater is not kept. The promised time that the hotel will prepare a private car to the station is not kept. The Matterhorn cannot be seen from the rooms on the lower floors. There is no hotel reception and it is inconvenient to contact. It is difficult to contact people who do not speak German or English.

Great place to stay, would gladly return.

Apartment was good, but don't stay here unless you want to hike up and down every time you want to leave the apartment (town or skiing). And certainly don't leave anything behind. They will claim it is not there and you will get your items stolen. You have to walk up a very steep, long and narrow way to reach the building. This must be done every single time you want to go to town or skiing. You are able to ski back into the building if you are able to ski to Cervo, take skis off, walk about 100m, put your skis back on and go down a hill behind the building. It's a partial ski in but not a ski out. The apartment itself was nice, but I had a huge issue at checkout. I left behind a scarf, sunglasses and a medicine bag and the staff was very nonchalant about trying to find it. I know for an absolute fact that I left all items inside the closet in the primary room. They were on the 3rd shelf, right hand side. I called the apartments about 3hs after we checked out (before the new guests checked in), when I realized I had left them behind. They said they would check with housekeeping. They called me about 5 minutes later to say nothing was found. I asked them if they checked inside the closet and they said yes, it's standard procedure. I asked them to ask the new guests checking in if they found anything. They refused but said they would call me back (never did). I followed up for 3 straight days and was told "we're not playing the police here". Never got my items back.

The property was great. Very roomy. Walking distance to old town and many restaurants. You do have to hike up to get to the apartment, which may be difficult for some people, but it's doable.
