The room is good but the check in experience is really bad. The staff at the check in counter is impolite and rude. He was not wearing a name tag and he almost broke our passports. He pressed our passports in 360 degree turn with “deadly force” and it was terrible. When he asked us to pay the city taxes, he just bang on the machine twice with his hand. I hope the hotel can do some training for the check-in counter staffs.

The hotel just next to the train station which is good. There is a bridge link from the station to the hotel (next to the hotek), The first few day we have arrived, we didn’t know about the bridge and we have to walk a far way to the hotel. It is suggest that the hotel to have more information about the bridge to the tourist.

It's five minutes walk from Luzern train station. The old town area and some of the most famous sightseeing spots are very close, almost everything within 15 minutes walk. The room is quite nice, clean and comfortable. Staff always smiled and greeted at the same time. Overall, It was a very nice stay.
