Room was clean , staff were super friendly

A building with history, and very classic with historical feeling interior, walkable distance to train station and also the small old town of Luzern

I’ve been staying there for two nights for Easter break. All the staffs from different shifts that I met have been very helpful and friendly. Two of them proactively help with checking yes potation for hiking trails. Room is clean and Hotel interior design is classic. And they even have a bathtub that is perfect after a long day hiking!

難以想像， 港幣1300多元的酒店連空調都沒有。 另外，我住的樓層低，好多蚊蟲。唯一值得一贊的是，酒店員工態度非常好。

飯店離車站不遠，大約走10分鐘，位在安靜的巷弄裡。到舊城區很方便，走路或去搭Bus到景點也很容易。飯店員工很友善也樂於助人，服務很細緻。飯店有法式和瑞士餐廳，我試了瑞士餐廳的晚餐，很美味，氣氛也愉快，可單點或選用套餐。入住後才發現這是一間已有500年歷史的古蹟飯店，內部裝潢很古典，營造出迷人的氣氛。早餐品項一般，房間清潔得很乾淨。值得一住！

My wife and I very much enjoyed the historic charm of this hotel. The location is perfect and the staff (especially the front desk and restaurant staff) are very helpful and provide excellent service. The only critique we have is that the beds are too firm. They could use a pillow top or foam insert over the main mattress to add comfort.

This is great hotel, right in the heart of Lucerne. It has old world charm and excellent service.

There are hotels… and then there are places that become part of your story. Romantik Hotel Wilden Mann was, without question, my favorite place from my entire trip to Switzerland. As a solo traveler, feeling welcomed matters, and the staff here went far beyond that. Friendly, warm, genuinely kind… and somehow they actually remembered you. It never felt transactional. It felt personal. They even held my luggage before check-in and had it waiting in my room when I arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch after traveling. The hotel itself is pure magic. Over 500 years old, filled with charm and character around every corner. Beautiful old-world details, cozy sitting areas, complimentary coffee and tea, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you slow down and breathe a little deeper. My room was beautiful, the bed incredibly comfortable, and every space felt thoughtful and inviting. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to cafés, shops, and the Chapel Bridge — but one of my favorite parts was knowing that after wandering all day, I got to come back here at night. I absolutely loved it here. A truly special place that I will remember for a very long time.

Lindo lugar, buen servicio. En un lugar céntrico y fácil de llegar

Bijzondere ambiance in hotel met geschiedenis, gaat terug tot 1517. Alles zeer persoonlijk en verzorgd. Veel kleine extra’s, zelfs kijken rond 1800 uur of je iets voor de avond en nacht nodig hebt… Wel veel trappetjes en gangen, omdat het immers een oud pand is. Voor mensen die minder mobiel zijn wellicht niet zo handig.

Bel hôtel, bien placé mais très bruyant. Dans ma chambre j entendais tous les déplacements aux toilettes des chambres à côté ce qui était fort désagréable.

Charming old city hotel.

Quarto limpo e hotel bem elegante, mas o chão de madeira fazia um grande barulho todas as vezes que andávamos pelo quarto. A cama também era bem barulhenta.

Convenient location and the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. Starts were cautious and attentive. If I ever come back to Lucern I will definitely stay here again.
