We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! The hotel seems to be very “environmental friendly” where the supplies for the bathroom is extremely controlled, for example, only 1 small bottle of liquid soap for a day and we have to take good care of the consumption; Hotel staffs are friendly but not professional enough. We supposed to receive a transportation card for free bus and train during our stay. All information were provided and the staff prepare the cards afterwards but putting in the shelf instead of advising us to pick it up or sending it to the room; English speaking ability and skill are to be improved; The hotel is very old and over used. Rating at 4 stars is absolutely overstated; Location of the hotel is quite far from the downtown (20 mins by foot). However, it is very close to once of the nice scenic point - Monte S. Salvatore; The view from our room is excellent!

Absolutes Top-Hotel. Die Lage mit dieser tollen Aussicht ist sensationell. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr freundlich. Die beiden Restaurants sind ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und ist schön angerichtet. Der Saunabereich, das Fitnesscenter sowie das Hallenbad sind einwandfrei und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und bieten einen guten Komfort. Wir waren absolut zufrieden.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Die Restaurantterrasse hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See, die Berge und die Stadt. Das Personal am Restaurant war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war grossartig. Das Nachtessen war eher mässig.

Hotel com boa estrutura e equipe super atenciosa. Opções de restaurantes no próprio hotel maravilhosas. Está localizado no alto e por isso para ir a pé ou pegar transporte público pra o centro é preciso passar por uma longa escadaria.

Suite mit Seeblick (Nr. 212) war gross und sehr sauber. Betten waren gut, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Blick auf See ist wegen hohem Wohnhaus vor Hotel und tiefer Etage von Suite (1 Stock unter Reception) sehr eingeschränkt. Ende März hat Sonne leider nie auf Balkon geschienen.

After coming to Lugano many times a year for more than 15 years, I discovered what is the best place to stay. Where do I start? The Havana Deck Cigar4 Lounge overlooking the Lake or the Japanese Restaurant? The room was spotless with Personal AC, Japanese bidet in the toilet, out-of-this-world water pressure, breathtaking views, your own balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the lake, super comfy mattress and pillows. and last but not least the hotel cat Aki, which means Autumn in Japanese!

Luxury! The suite was beautiful and comfortable. Our patio had a gorgeous view of the lake and city. I would have loved to stay longer. Aside from being fairly near the train station and the Italian restaurant across the way, there isn't much nearby. We did hike the trail behind the hotel to the top of the mountain, and that was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful in coordinating and explaining our transit options to Lake Como.

Zubereitung der Speisen direkt vor dem Gast. Ein sensationelles, unvergessliches Erlebnis. Restaurant mit bequemen Ledersesseln, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Schön eingerichtetes Hotel an begehrter Lage mit toller Aussicht, gemütliche Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, grosser Pool, toller Sauna- und Wellnessbereich, perfekt eingerichteter Fitnessbereich mit hochwertigen Technogym-Geräten. Absolut sensationelle Bar mit atemberaubender Aussicht, ideale Parkplatzmöglichkeiten direkt beim Hotel oder in der Tiefgarage. Ein attraktives, empfehlenswertes Hotel an absolut traumhafter Lage mit einer Top-Aussicht.

Old fashion but good.

Very nice hotel. The view from our room was incredible and the room was very large and nice. Essentially an apartment. The hotel has a couple of restaurants we did not make it to and a cool bar with a great view. There is a train station pretty close by, but you do need to go up and down a big hill to get to anything if walking.

Excellent hotel and the service was impeccable. Greatly appreciated the upgraded room - totally unexpected.
