客房乾淨，裝潢不錯。雖然離市中心有點距離，但價格便宜許多。

The room is extremely clean and decorated with idea of simplicity which is very cool and Scandinavian. Moreover,the location is great and near to the train Altstetten Station and tram station Altsttten Nord (both10 mins walk). More importantly ,staff was very friendly as we arrived far more earlier than the standard chrck-in time. We expected we could only store our luggage and waited for the check-in time came. Surprisingly,the staff allowed us to check-in earlier which Was a gift for us after a 11 hours flight! Price to service ratio was high.Highly recommended .

Hotel was clean and cozy but the amenities were limited, we have to go easy with the shampoo before it runs out. Need to take a second thought if you were travelling without a car, you will have to take 20 minutes bus to Zurich HB, and the closest supermarket is like 15 minutes walk away.

坐落位置離電車，公車站稍微走一些路，但班次多很方便，坐公車，電車到蘇黎世中央車站約半小時，或可搭車到Altstetten坐地鐵 週邊環境清幽，飯店設備新且整潔舒適 服務態度佳 登記客戶資料記得把CN改成TW

房間設施齊全且整潔，自助早餐雖未有提供熱食，但也有不同款式的麵包、芝士、乳酪等任君選擇。唯一美中不足之處是酒店與景點距離較遠。

Try to arrive when the reception is open. Thought there is a machine at the front door for u to self check in, but it does not work all the time (at least for my booking!) At last I had to call the help desk, which did not speak English very well, and took more than half an hour to check me in.

第二天早上還沒check out,飯店清潔人員闖入兩次要來做清潔,而且是在我們沒同意前就闖入,如果一定要那麼早做清潔,為何我們第一天只早30分鐘,卻不讓我們check in? 發房卡也發錯房給我們,訂雙人房卻發單人房給我們.

Personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Rommet var romslig og hadde det vi trengte for å ha et fint opphold. Deilig med privat balkong. Rommet var noe varmt (hetebølge og ingen aircondition), men to gode vifter hjalp en del. Det var kort vei til butikk ( både ALDI og Coop 5 min unna) og til kollektivtransport. Vi benyttet oss mest av trikk, da denne gikk veldig ofte.

A acomodação é adequada. O tamanho do quarto é suficiente para 03 pessoas. Há uma varanda no quarto. Possui alguns utensílios que facilitam. O problema de fato é a ausência do ar condicionado para essa fase de onda de calor. Eu realmente não me atentei a esse ponto quando fiz a reserva, depois vi os comentários dos hóspedes a esse respeito. A falha de não me atentar a esse aspecto foi minha. Entendo a preocupação de sustentabilidade do hotel, mas talvez esse seja um ponto a ser amenizado de outras formas. Foi disponibilizado um ventilador, mas não é suficiente para os dias de muito calor, que infelizmente parece que vão aumentar nos próximos anos. Foi muito difícil dormir a noite. No período do alto verão eu não me hospedaria de novo em virtude desse aspecto. Fora da época de calor extremo o hotel deve ser ótimo pois esse é o único apontamento negativo que identifiquei. A equipe de funcionários é muito atenciosa. Havia água e cerveja como cortesia no frigobar. Na recepção há uma máquina de café livre e havia sorvete, também livre.

It was super hot! There was no A/C at all—only a regular fan. My next door room was super loud and bothered me. I Harley could sleep those nights at my room! Also, the safe in my room never worked, and they never tried to repair it or move me to another room. Besides that, everything else was okay. June and Chris on the staff were the only ones who were kind and wonderful.
