卢加诺景致酒店

在這漂亮的酒店住了4個晚上，感覺舒適，酒店提供免費電動汽車服務，很體貼，雖然我們自己租了一架大Van,但平日出入用酒店提供的smart car 到市區很方便，餐飲方面，有2晚在酒店餐廳用餐，食物及餐酒都不錯，惟早餐所提供的食物種類及質量較一般。另一點不太滿意的地方是，這酒店出名的水療中心，我們三位女士原想安排水療服務，但原來他們只有兩名一男一女的服務員，所以不能安排同一時間做spa,故我們只能放棄，有點失望。

It was an awesome experience for us and this is certainly one of the best 5-star experience for us. The service is at a super high level!

A hard review to write. I gave 5 stars in most areas. The service and the overall property was excellent but for the price we had some issues. The KEY to the room is a huge pain! You only get one key and if you lose it there is a $1000 Swiss franc fee to replace it and a minimum 3 hour wait. Two doors to go through so it is very inconvenient. While the room we had was very large with a bedroom plus a large kitchen/living space with two patios there was only one TV in the living room! No bedroom TV. The one TV would not let you stream your devices to it. No Netflix or other streaming source. There were no channels in English on the regular TV. Despite being named The View and paying over a $1000 a night we had a very partial and obstructed view. If you stay here make sure you are on the second or third floor. The view from the restaurant and spa are amazing and wonderful though. The bathtub/shower combination was just dangerous. Highest step out without any stability handles. Very poor design and for the cost you would expect separate units. Lastly the location is a real issue for most. Unless you have your own car expect to spend a lot in Taxis or spend time trying to find smart car parking and extra walking to anything - food shopping everything is a $25 or more ride into Lugano. Can't take Smart cars to Italy. Como is a $100 and one hour nightmare away.

Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Das Service-Personal war leider enttäuschend. Sie verstanden sehr schlecht deutsch und englisch und so kam es wiederholt zu Missverständnissen. Das Frühstück war gut. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gestimmt.

The View Lugano from upper management to the entire View team made my stay the best ever. The rooms are beautiful, meticulously clean and the food is absolutely wonderful. Breakfast is a must. Can’t wait to come back!

The staff was wonderful, the view was incredible and the Smart-cars made available to us to drive made our trip! If you want peace and quiet with a very romantic view and setting this is the place.

Easily one of the most incredible hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Expensive, yes, worth it, absolutely! We arrived from Milan a lot earlier than the check in window, and they offered to hold our bags, gave us an tour of all of the amenities the hotel had to offer, and give us a complimentary car to drive ourselves to the city center while we waited for our room. After driving back from the city center and turning the car back in, we were showed our room and left with chocolates and wine while they brought up our bags. The in-hotel restaurant was open for lunch so we grabbed a bite to eat while we enjoyed the incredible view of Lugano lake. I can go on and on about this hotel but, if you have the money please make an effort to stay here and experience luxury in the way it’s meant to be enjoyed.

Super modern, well equipped. Quiet and away from the city. Walkable but a steep Climb from the lake. Amazing views

Great location and service. Food and spa are also very good. The rooms are brand new and modern, but perhaps too modern. The shower stall doors kept coming off the rails, and everything in the room is controlled by a tablet that kept losing connection.

Fantastic spa resort with a great view. It is quite a small hotel so atmosphere is very quite. They have great courtesy cars which are essential to travel in and out of Lugano town

Best hotel ever

This was my first stay since having inly stayed at Villa Castagnola a few times when in Lugano. The rooms are fantastic, view amazing, great room service (had breakfast twice), and the Michelin 1 star was a considerable gastronomic experience.
