Arawan Krabi Beach Resort

Room was perfect. The pool studio we stayed in was truly a one of a kind experience for us. Def most memorable room we’ve ever stayed in.

Dear Future Guests, I want to share my experience at Arawan Beach Resort to help you avoid the disappointment we faced during our stay. Upon arrival, we were expecting to find a beautiful beach, only to discover muddy areas and littered spots that were far from inviting. The beach is inaccessible due to ownership by local fishermen, making it clear that the resort's promotional materials are misleading. The resort claims to have appealing swimming pools, but we found this to also be a huge lie. This detracted from our overall experience and made us question the resort's commitment to customers. The location is quite isolated, situated approx. 15 minutes away from anything. The shuttle service is infrequent, and if you miss one, you're left to rely on expensive taxi rides to reach nearby areas. This remoteness becomes a significant inconvenience, especially when there are far better options available. Additionally, the pricing for food and drinks at the resort is exorbitant. For example, a simple plate of Pad Thai costs around 260-300 baht here, while it’s only 50-70 baht in Ao Nang. Beer and cocktails also have inflated prices, making dining here feel like a regrettable choice. We also, want to mention the bathroom in our room had destroyed cabinets, a disgusting tub and the bathroom would get strong smells of sewage. Throughout our stay, we heard many other guests expressing similar frustrations, revealing that they too felt misled by the resort's advertise.

Pool was lovely. View was lovely. Room was lovely. But we couldnt get served in the evening as half boarders took over. We had noisey neighbours screaming until 2am and we were up at 5am not hotels fault but tinted our stay

nicht sauber, wurde nicht gereinigt. der abfluss war verstopft. hatten late check out 2 uhr. um 12 uhr mussten wir aprobt verschwinden. wir werden dieses hotel nie mehr besuchen

Le lieu bruyant dès 06h du matin et odeur de gazoil des bateaux. Prix trop cher pour un 3 étoiles et une chambre avec piscine privée qui ne profite du soleil que jusqu'à 10h du matin à l'inverse de toutes les autres Chambre très moyenne avec peu de rangement et lit trop dur. Personnel d'accueil peu conciliant pour trouver des solutions Checkout tardif non accepté alors que les Check out tardif refusé alors que les chambres n'ont jamais été faites avant 15h. Service de navette inadapté nous avons attendu 30mn à ao nang et personne n'est venu. Bref grosse déception

Very nice staff and beautiful location

Beautiful rooms, services own tropical grounds, spacious, to, WiFi? Patio, fridge. Comfortable bed, settee and vanity unit. Plenty of sockets and great views. Only a 10 min drive from most places.

Great place to stay but nothing around and it was Sonogram so difficult getting transport. It's says beach but no beach rocky. it rained for a full day so nothing much to do. Staff were lovely.

Good hotel by the beach, but the little beach accesible from the hotel is not suitable for swimming. The staff is nice, but they barely speak English, so communication was an issue. Mediocre buffet breakfast, the food was almost always cold. The a la carte menu at the restaurant is short, but the food was good, if overpriced.

The hotel is a very stunning area with beautiful views. The rooms are large, clean, but dated. The staff is very friendly, but work at a slow pace. The breakfast is terrible and selections limited and repetitive. The food was not covered and the warming trays were not on. The pools look like they have algae.

Loved Arawan, me and my partner booked the private pool room for our honeymoon and it was amazing, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the resort looks amazing

Overall good, the breakfast was nothing special definitely needs approve-meant, we tried the dinner buffe once it’s was not good. It’s not to hard to get from the hotel to the beach and most activities can pick you up from the hotel. The pool area was okay, unfortunately the beautiful mountains there covers the sun a lot during the afternoon. The staff were nice and helpful
