Art's River View Lodge

Our stay in the jungle, we had the best time here the stuff were lovely welcome us as soon as we stepped out of the car there a restaurant and bar that we made full use of and was welcomed with some delicious food our room fitting nicely for the jungle theme as we were lucky enough to see monkey from our room balcony that was fun the resort help us book some activities that we have great fun at and when we came back had a swim in the floating river infront of the restaurant if we had time I would definitely stay here longer hightly recommend .

Had an amazing stay in the jungle at Art's Riverview Lodge. The room was clean and comfortable, but be aware that you should keep the lights off after nightfall and use a flashlight to avoid attracting bugs to your room. Watch out for the monkeys too, don't leave anything out on the balcony or they will throw it away!

Staff is extremely rude, except one young man. Gave us whatever room they felt like, lady said I booked a random room 😆although the reservation clearly said the room type. She changed it though after a brief argument. Room was extremely hot, no AC, only a couple of fans. Bed and towels were dirty. Property is cute though, too bad the staff is rude.

Visited in march for 2 nights as a family with 10 and 9 year old. Lovely quirky huts in the jungle with lots of wildlife around, the kids loved watching the monkeys from the balcony and swimming in the river. Tours and transfered easily organised from the accommodation and in walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Natur pur, so wunderschön

Exceptional experience. Not perfect (a few things could use some attention), but the need for a little common sense and care more than compensated for the incredible experience of basically sleeping in the jungle, alongside a clean and calm-running river. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Good food all day, excellent buffet breakfast. Beds comfortable, we had a rainfall shower in our wooden cabin and it was truly memorable. We took a half day hike in the Kao Sok park shortly after arriving, saw bats, tarantula, many insect, birds and various lizards but missed the monkeys which wasn’t an issue because…. The next morning a family of 12-15 of them rocked up on our porch, tapping the windows and doors for attention. Truly magical, kids would have loved it. It’s in a rainforest so don’t expect aircon everywhere or WiFi that penetrates your pores. Actually a much better experience for being rustic, a little off-grid and a true taste of jungle life. Highly recommended.

Location around the 15 mins from the main road to restaurant and bars. Hotel overlooking a river and it’s like staying in the jungle. Really good valve for money and highly recommend

The villas are unique, clean, well appointed. We loved the breakfast in the morning and the walks around the property We’re just stunning.

The bed was a little hard but overall what a beautiful place to stay, food, drink & the staff were amazing

Room - there are no cups for a drink from kettle.

Staff were very pleasant and the grounds well kept. Does feel a bit out in nature and a good escape. Tours offered at hotel to Khao Sok NP.
