櫃台接待人員很好，環境整體很舒服。但早餐很糟糕， 選擇太少，價格不符合

The location is good, there is health land and supermarket near by, next to BTS, easy to access everywhere. However the facilities are very old, many amenities in the room are not well functioning or broken, especially toilet flushing. That's unpleasant stay. The staffs are nice and try their best to help.

Highly recommend to stay this hotel.

對住宿要求不高的話，地理位置是非常好的，有洗衣機和乾衣機，非常方便清潔衣服。

設施完備，餐具、洗衣機、咖啡機等都俱全！非常方便！會再次入住

太棒了，訂了二臥豪華房被升等三臥豪華房，客廳超級大旅遊多年都沒住過這麼大的餐廳客廳冰箱大廚房用品應有盡有鍋碗盤比我家還多洗衣烘衣，咖啡機，烤箱大，太豪華，太滿意了，住了四晚又加了二晚。

Good location just 3-5 minutes walk from Chong Nonsi BTS station, and also close to the Skywalk. A supermarket with food court is on the way back to the hotel. The flat is big with ensuite bathroom also a kitchen and laundry which is great for a small family or couples.

真的是非常貼心，退房之後離去機場的時間還很久，結束行程回飯店後很想洗個澡，詢問之下飯店人員竟然讓我們去房間梳洗，本來只是問問不抱期待，這舉動真的讓我和朋友們太感動了，在心中完全是100分，住了非常多次，日後一定還會選擇貴飯店！！！！！

房務清潔忘了補備品…

最近幾年，去曼谷都會住這家酒店，房間不但大，還有佈局分明的廳跟房，如果與友人同行，不同租大一點，大家便可有客廳聯誼，累了又可以返房休息，各有空間。當然，不得不提就是健身會所，她不是只有幾台機械那種，而是一所設備完善的會所。

We lived in that which was my wife Birthday. Though there was no birthday cake, they arranged to send a birthday card with congratulation sentence from on-duty staff and a hotel doll as a gift. We appreciated with the service.

The room is clean, spacious and tidy. The room amenities are good.

房間好大，設施各方面都好好，特別係gym room，超正

When check in the staff seems cannot answer any of my questions regarding the residence. I understood she is a trainee, but she is unable to perform her duty and we went in and out of the lift due to the room cards are not function properly when I request to see another room type for my upgrade consideration. Besides, she seems have NO smile at all when seeing her at front desk

The room is clean, nice, spacious. Dinning are, kitchen and laundry room are well organized. All towels in restroom are clean. Lovely. However, I very disappointed with the check-in arrangement. I requested two single beds instead of double bed in advance by email and replied with standard answer "My name is Sukunya. Please allow me to assist you with your enquiry. We will gladly take note of all you requested. It is subject to availability, but we will make sure to prioritize this." Base on this reply, I believe that the hotel has this option for me. When I arrived check-in counter, staff rudely said "No". She was inpatient, unhelpful and long face to me. She said that could not provide 2 single beds. I was so surprised, as I know no such choice in this hotel, I would make a different decision in picking hotel. We are family with 8 members in this trip booked 2 suites (4 rooms), but not 4 pair couples. That cause some family members slept in the sofa, since single bed not available. Although hotel can provide pay-extra single bed, family members felt such extra-payment was not reasonable, Since we were paid 2 suites for 8 persons.

The room is spacious, nice, kitchen with all utensils, area improvement - the door button of dryer machine is not broken, as it still able to open and close, I do not report.. I had bad experience in check-in. The staff - Madra at was very impatient, gave me a long face.

根據我多次入住的經驗，無論選任何房型，可用的空間都超出你所需，所以房間的面積一定不會失望，而且廚房的廚具都足夠，是真的可以讓你煮一頓飯。最值得推介是酒店設有會所式的健身中心。當地朋友告訴我，酒店內的健身中心是屬於上價，怪不得設備很好，器械之間的空間也很寬敞。酒店距離BTS約5分鐘步距，距離市中心SIAM 商場，只是幾個站而已，很方便。

舒服，不錯的選擇

可接受，但酒店較舊，位置隹，方使出入，職員有禮，尤其是bell boy. 房間够寬敞，但三個房間，套房衹有一個，如價錢合適，下次會再來。
