This place is excellent, highly recommend.
This is an oasis in Ayutthaya! I loved the staff atention, they received me with a fresh brew orange juice. Then the room was perfect and extremely clean, with refrigerator and two water bottles free.
The bed was orthopedic mattress that allowed me to sleep over. The ligth blocking curtains help to sleep over and longer. All together with a very quiet area, extremely secure and safe, feels like home. Also the rooms were private, so good for couple, family or solo trip.
The breakfast was super special, just fresh prepared for me rigth in the moment.(Eggs, sausage, baccon, salad, toasted bread, butter, marmalaid, coffe, tea, juice) It was a lot and they were open to refill whatever I wanted. That was very nice.
Easy check in, easy check out and the most important thing, they offereed me a free bycicle during my whole stay.
Overall the price ratio was great value!
I will always come back here!

What a delightful place. Immaculate, charming, peaceful. Ancharlie was a welcoming and friendly host. She prepared a delicious breakfast each morning and Kat, her staff took very good care of us. We loved Baan Penny Inn and will always be our stay when we return to Ayutthaya.

My check in was lacking. None of my questions were answered. The laundry facilities that were listed on amenities didn’t exist so I spent my first night lugging my clothes 30min to the laundromat.
The room was fine. A little pricy for being on par with most budget places I’ve stayed on my travels. There was a fridge but no kettle.
It’s a bit far from restaurants in the pm. But there are a couple great local non tourist filled spots for lunch. Not close to much but quiet.

Bungalow (à la décoration un peu vieillotte) dans un joli jardin. Vélo à disposition pour visiter. Petit déjeuner bon et bien copieux.
Hébergement à proximité des sites à visiter mais il faut savoir qu’il n’y a vraiment pas d’option de restauration à proximité immédiate.

Wir haben uns im Baan Penny super wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt ideal zu den historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir konnten
uns auch kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch reichlich. Gerhard der Besitzer und sein Team sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great staff and value. Quiet and peaceful in a garden environment. Excellent breakfast accommodating all dietary preferences. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Bicycle rentals are included in the price. I slept like a baby the two nights I was there. Supreme accommodations at backpacker prices.

The property is not close to anything, but perhaps they were misrepresented on Expedia. The rooms were as expected but after we checked in, we went to go eat and look around to give the AC time to cool off the room. Well, someone on the staff went in and turned off the ACs while we were gone and when we returned it was just as hot as when we left.
Do not recommend, difficult to find and access with an invasive staff.
