Good resort, good service but wifi very weak

I really like this hotel and have a good time here, but air conditioner can't adjust temperature and WiFi is not very good.

虽是要从主路往里面走上一定距离，但无法阻挡我对这家酒店的喜爱，园林景观和石材浴缸给我留下了难忘的印象。喜欢玩水游走沙滩的朋友建议还是选择别处，这里沙质不好，颜色发黑，当然这点跟酒店无关。

service can also,breakfast less choice,the room his not hot water, have small insects in room.....

If staying at Khlong Prao Beach, would recommend staying here. Nice quiet complex of bungalows. A slight bit dated in the rooms in spots, but very spacious, comfortable, and clean. (The bathroom is VERY spacious!). Beach towels and carrying basket provided. Breakfast was terrific - lots of variety and some items changing each day. Pool is lovely; beach area not very crowded. Dinner near the bar as the sun set was very relaxing and picturesque - and food options very good, too (try the green curry!). Staff very helpful arranging transfer to Trat airport, an afternoon snorkeling and swimming trip from Bang Bao pier, and a scooter rental another afternoon (definitely rent a scooter!). Very enjoyable time in Koh Chang and at the Barali; would stay there again!

Nice resort

Als wir eincheckten wurden wir in ein Bungalow geführt das erstmal etwas älter und muffig erschien. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption wurden wir aber sofort in ein anderes anscheinend neuer renoviertes umgezogen dass auch top gereinigt war! Das Resort ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, klar gibt es auch mal Moskitos oder einen Gecko im Zimmer. Jeder der sich hier beschwert oder hat sollte sich bewusst sein das man in den Tropen ist! Aber die Zimmer waren täglich sauber, und wir hatten NIE ekliges Ungeziefer wie Käfer oder sonst was im Zimmer. Der Service und das Personal sind wirklich super, jeder ist sehr bemüht vom Gärtner bis hin zum Barkeeper am Strand! Die Lage ist super idyllisch, der Strand schön breit und der Pool auch sehr schön. Ich verstehe vorige Bewertungen nicht die über einen schmutzigen Pool berichteten, das stimmt so nicht. Die Anlage würde von mir / uns volle 5 Sterne kriegen wenn es eine Adult Only Anlage wäre. Man kommt in so eine Bungalow Anlage um Ruhe und Entspannung zu suchen und nicht für Kleinkinder am Pool und Strand. Resort ist auch behilflich beim Roller Verleih, einen Roller vor Ort zu haben vereinfacht alles sehr und macht flexibler. Ansonsten sind aber in der Umgebung auch Restaurants wenn man gerne 10-15 min einfach läuft.

Great quiet hotel and by the sea but its not a beach for sitting or swimming, its very flat so tide is either in or miles out. When out though can walk for miles. Fantastic breakfast in lovely surroundings

Nice hotel, we get up-grate, friendly personnel all was OK.

Fantastiskt trevlig upplevelse, utomordentlig personal med många yngre praktikanter som är kunniga och artiga. Hotellet passar både för barnfamiljer och äldre. Städning bra, varje dag med fräscha handdukar och allt du behöver. Mycket växter och träd gör att det kan finnas en del moskiter men det finns insektsnät över sängar. Inte så bra handikappanpassat med många nivåskillnader.

We stayed for 3 nights wish it could have been longer. Amazing breakfast. Beautiful private beach. Infinity pool. You feel like your in a tropical paradise all the greenery around you. Loved it ❤️

Nice resort and beach. Only problem was the bed (or pillow - or maybe both), it was too hard. After 3 nights I could barely move my neck. Thailand seems to have really hard beds overall, but this was worse than other places. Could just be us though.

Mysigt boende med egen strand. Trevlig, hjälpsam personal. Bra frukost. Vi var jättenöjda med vår vistelse.

Traumhafte Lage und zuvorkommender Service!

Great location, very pittoresk vistas, lots of privacy, fabulous beach, good pool, very nice landscaping and super friendly and polite employees who would benefit from some additional training. Food and beverage product is limited and could do with some imagination and improvements. Villas were well cleaned and supplied with amenities- the drawback and failure of this property is the poor state of repair and lack of re-investment. This is apparent nearly everywhere - malfunctioning, noisy, old air conditioner in rooms (a replacement program appears to be on the way), defect beach chairs and in poor condition, decorative lamps in restaurant/pool area nearly falling of their supports (totally rusted through), wooden pool deck area - rotten in parts and a trip hazard, some roof structures in need of repair and cleaning, a larger single family house in the centre of the Resort looks like it has been temporarily abandoned and is used for storage, etc, etc. a real shame, this could be and should be the premier or at least among the premier resorts of Ko Chang by adding some professional management providing some needed training to the young and friendly but inexperienced staff and most importantly some reinvestment and much needed repair and maintenance. It looks like the owner opened a splendid resort some 16 years and either forgot all about it or run into cashflow problems. I still recommend a stay since the major and nature driven ingredients for a relaxing holiday are there.

Die Unterkunft ist ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es werden offensichtlich auch keine Renovierungen mehr vorgenommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel und die Ausstattung ist stark veraltet: Föhn ohne Power, Dusche komplett ohne Wasserdruck, Wasserhahn lässt sich durchdrehen. Das Frühstück ist sehr lieblos und die Qualität lässt leider auch zu wünschen übrig. Der Strandabschnitt ist definitiv das schönste an der Anlage. Alles in allem: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist völlig aus dem Gleichgewicht geraten und ich würde es zu dem aktuellen Preisniveau (ca. 110 € pro Zimmer) definitiv nicht mehr buchen.

Nice and quiet places to stay right next to the beach. Less than 10 minutes walk to the mian road for shops and restaurant.
