Please state the correct number of guests before booking. The maximum amount of guests allowed is 12 in total. If there are more than 12 guests staying at the property, your reservation will be cancelled immediately and no refund will be issued. Please provide a security deposit of 3,000 baht when picking up the keys from my staff. Your deposit will be returned during check out if there are no damages. Please do not move furniture around unnecessarily to prevent possible damage. No smoking is allowed inside the house. You will be charged 2,000 baht if this is violated. No pets allowed. You will be charged 3,000 baht if this is violated. Room cleaning is done before guests check-in and after guests check-out only. Guests are responsible for maintaining the house during their stay. (We will provide free room cleaning if you stay more than 3 days) Please wash off after playing at the beach at the shower stationed outside the house to prevent sand coming into the house. Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please wash any utensils and equipment you use and clean out any garbage in the bins we provided around the house before you leave. If you are not convenient to do so, you can pay 500 baht for the cleaning fee. Please turn off the lights and airconditioner when you leave the room. Please refrain from throwing things into the toilet to prevent clogging and throw toilet paper in the bin. Please be considerate of other residents and neighbors. Please take care of your personal belongings. We are not responsible if any loss is occurred. You will be charged 500 baht if you lose the house keys. Charcoal BBQ grill available for rent at 500 baht per use (includes our staff taking care of lighting and cleaning the grill)
