The room was beautiful, cosy, very clean and had great views of the ocean and islands.

这是我在hotels.com 预订到的最差的星级酒店没有之一，因为是淡季我们就提前了几天预订，预订完打电话问酒店怎么从普吉岛到酒店 第一次说1000泰铢 第二次说800泰铢，第三次 说400泰铢 后来我们自己到码头买票只要200泰铢还是快艇，千万不要让酒店帮你预订船票鬼知道他会收多少钱，从小长岛码头他们有车辆接送，但是每次打电话说的也都不一样，一次说是免费，一次说是收费100泰铢一个人，挺远的码头距离大概5-7公里 最后是到酒店要付每个人100泰铢的车费。我们出发前一天看天气预报说明天普吉岛有暴雨，就向酒店打电话询问是否能改后一天到达，给酒店打电话根本没人能处理这事，淡季有的是房间并且我们房费已经支付给hotels.com了 后来通过hotels.com协调联系上竟然张口就说要一个房间100多美金的更改费，他么的想钱想疯了吧，我们只好出发了还好后来天气转好了。到达酒店之后发现酒店并没有图片上那么好院子非常小，房间有很重的装修味道，院子里没有活动的地方都是被所谓的villa占据着，每天早上8点钟开始院子里就各种打扫卫生的声音，修剪花草的声音各种奇怪的声音让你就睡不了一个好觉。 早餐也很一般 没有几样东西好吃。一个五星级酒店的早餐还没有普吉岛的三星的做的好吃品种非常的少。酒店出去必须租赁摩托车门口是石头滩想去漂亮的沙滩凭脚是走不到的，泳池也非常小只有4*18米左右，我们无奈忍受了2天退房离开，因为船是14:30分左右的 我们向前台申请说能否下午2点之前退房。 前台竟然告诉我后面还有客人入住 12点前必须退房，送码头还每人再收100泰铢一个人，酒店吃早餐的时候一共也就不到10个客人我们就6个。根本没人的现在是淡季中哪有这么多客人入住。岛上其他酒店也很多也有很多别墅 我们花了别墅的价格住了个筒子楼，洗澡水挺大不热，放了半天都不热，这个酒店的旅行体验实在是太差了，以后再也不会住了。请各位看到点评的亲各自斟酌。

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my life. From the helpful staff and the incredible amenities to the prime location and breathtaking views, this hotel will set the bar high for future travel.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff was ok. The day before check in my wife got food poisoning. We asked if we could be checked in first and everyone in our travel party was saying yes, check them in first. Our whole party was checked in before us. We stayed for two days and decided to leave a day early to take my wife to the hospital in Krabi. We checked out and asked about a refund for early departure because my wife was sick. The hotel said to check with Expedia. We reached out to Expedia and they said reach out to the hotel. So long story short no refund, even after sending proof of my wife and I spending 8 hours in the hospital getting IV’s and two rounds of antibiotics etc. Not impressed with their empathy and business practices! Both Expedia and Cape Kudu!

Cape Kudu is amazing and so relaxing. The rooms are very nice and clean and the pool area is awesome. The staff is super helpful with anything needed. The quick tour during check-in was helpful and Felipe was very informative. I loved that they had scooter rental right outside of the property. We visited many places during our stay and this was one of our favorites.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Fantastic place. The rooms are stunning, pool area is lovely, and the staff were so friendly, professional and helpful. The coffee shop next door is lovely and does really decent coffees and food, and the food in the hotel restaurant is wonderful! We stayed for 3 nights but didn’t want to leave! Would certainly recommend and can’t wait to come back one day.

Best hotel we’ve stayed in, when in Thailand. Little touches from the arrival, from cold flannels and a drink, to complimentary cocktail evenings, island tours, activities, bicycle, kayak, padel board, to unreal staff who ask your name and keep it very personal throughout the stay always coming over and having conversations for a good amount of time about daily life and work and everything. Even when checking out having soaps handed as a present which are designed based on your birthdays. The rooms were unbelievable, every small detail that makes a massive difference as a whole. We will be staying again

This was as close to paradise as I think is possible. From the moment you arrive everything is thought of, from the welcome to the complimentary activities to the layout of the hotel. My room was a sea view which I highly recommend and the view of the sunrise is incredible. The breakfast here was one of the best I’ve had during my month long tour around Thailand. I was a solo traveller and most others were couples or friends but they still made me feel really welcome. I would recommend for anyone from solo travellers to honeymooners.

A wonderful hotel! Perfectly located with fantastic restaurants and a beautiful pool area overlooking both the jungle and the sea. We stayed in a bungalow, which was exceptionally well equipped, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean — we could not have asked for more. The staff are highly professional and genuinely friendly. If you speak English, communication is easy, but even without it, everything works smoothly and efficiently. The hotel offers free bicycles, making it easy to explore the island, and there is a scooter rental right next door. Combined with the hotel’s taxi service and excellent restaurant arrangements, everything is seamless. A brilliant place — highly recommended.

Great hotel experience over Christmas. Hotel staff all very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was amazing, incredibly ambience and gorgeous views from the pool and dining areas.
