酒店很整潔，室內設計做得很好。地理位置也算可以。 缺點是沖涼水壓不夠，沖涼時不暢快。 酒店停車位置只有一個，我是自駕遊的，停車是一個問題。

Nice decor inside… classic European feel in common areas and stairways. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff during all (morning, afternoon, and evening) shifts!!! That included physically helping with bags but also helping with suggestions for things to do in the area (and what might not be worth the time). The breakfast options that we tried were delicious!! (Mango avocado toast with side of eggs, and egg, cheese, and bacon on toast). They also weren’t sticklers for every detail (my wife wanted a couple of eggs on the side of the avocado mango toast for some protein and they wouldn’t take any extra cash for it… when they say breakfast is included, they mean it and want to make you happy. The pool is too small for laps but perfect for a dip and little swim around. You can watch breakfast in the pool area if you tell them. Great experience!

The room and staff were both amazing - excellent breakfast in the morning with delightful staff and the owner! I cannot recommend this place enough and if I'm ever back in Chiang Mai, this will be my first choice!

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We have some problem with the hot water and they are very quick to rectify the problem. Hotel is also very Instagramable. However, the room size is a bit on the small.

This colonial style hotel is cozy and extremely clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location just in front of main road. Western Breakfast taste good too. Worth a stay

Neues und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes kleines Boutique-Hotel. Hochwertige Ausstattung und alles super sauber. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung und täglicher Austausch der flauschigen Handtücher (sofern gewünscht). Sehr bequemes Bett. Optional gibt es ein leckeres Frühstück im schönen Frühstücksraum. Das Hotel liegt zwar an einer lebhaften Ringstraße, aufgrund der sehr guten Schallisolierung, ist diese jedoch so gut wie gar nicht wahrnehmbar. Der herzliche Hotel-Inhaber, seine Frau und auch alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr wertschätzend, kundenorientiert und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unter anderem viele wertvolle Tipps erhalten. Um an Weihnachten und Silvester einen Tisch zum Abendessen in einem schönen Restaurant zu bekommen, war zwingend eine Vor-Reservierung erforderlich. Der Hotel-Inhaber hat für uns entsprechende Restaurants recherchiert und auch gleich einen Tisch für uns gebucht. Perfekt! Insgesamt das beste Hotel während unseres Urlaubs. Einfach TOP! Bei einer Rückkehr nach Chiang Mai werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder im Cocou Hotel übernachten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel und für Ihren freundlichen Service.

Bel établissement. La décoration est très belle et soignée. Par contre l’hotel est au niveau d’une route passante de Chiang Mai donc bruyant. Si vous avez besoin de calme et d’obscurité pour dormir ce n’est pas pour vous. Il y a des ouvertures qui donnent sur le couloir, impossible à occulter.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here! What a beautiful little hotel run by the loveliest people. The property is gorgeous; the rooms are spacious, comfortable and well-designed; the breakfast is incredible (have an iced latte!); and the location is convenient. We enjoyed the proximity to old town sights and tasty cheap eats like the north gate street food stalls. You’re also a very short taxi ride from Chinatown, Ninman street and the night bazaar. The very minor complaints mentioned in other reviews (pool’s a bit cold; could use a fan in the bathroom) do not detract from what is an entirely incomparable boutique hotel experience. Thank you for everything!

We had an unexpected one night stay at this hotel due to a flight cancellation, but we really pleasantly surprised (in fact it was much better than the hotel that we stayed in for the rest of our stay). Would highly recommend - book now as the rates won't be so reasonable for long!

The hotel is perfect! I loved the design. The location is quite convenient, many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. It made my memories of Chiangmai very positive.
