Chambres très spacieuses et confortables. Staff très accueillant et arrangeant avec un service de navette gratuite vers Ao Nang très pratique ! Quelques petits points d’hygiène à améliorer dans la salle de bain mais rien de rédhibitoire. Très bon séjour.

Overall: not suitable and far from a real 4-star experience. Not recommended. We stayed here for 6 days during our honeymoon, and that was more than enough time to see the ongoing issues. This hotel does not meet 4-star standards. Only one key card is provided, which is impractical for a couple. The room entrance is dark and unwelcoming. The property is small, open, and right next to a main road, with constant traffic noise, including early mornings,not relaxing at all. Housekeeping is limited to before 4:00 PM, and every morning we were asked at the lobby if we wanted the room cleaned, instead of this being handled automatically. The fridge does not cool, coffee capsules are not replenished unless requested, and the electricity trips every morning during breakfast hours. The AC was poorly maintained -large chunks of ice fell out of it, which is concerning. Internet is unreliable. The TV lost connection almost every evening, and Wi-Fi requires reconnecting from scratch each time. There is a serious mosquito and insect problem,we were woken up at night by bites. Room maintenance is poor, with visible wear and deterioration. Breakfast was very disappointing: limited selection, dirty plates, no refills, and extremely slow service. It took over 30 minutes for an omelet, and we had to leave without eating. We booked a room with a private pool, but there was no proper pool maintenance. Pool towels are given only once and must be requested again at reception.

The room was completely overrated — the bathroom was old and dirty, and it looked nothing like the pictures. I honestly feel scammed. It’s such a shame because I was so excited about my stay, but the experience turned out to be really disappointing. The breakfast was terrible — we ended up going out to eat instead, even though it was included in the room rate.

It was quiet and cozy space. I was looking for a spacious room with reasonable price. It had two bed rooms and two bath rooms. The staffs were very friendly. It couldn't be better. The location is quite far from the beach but they drop you off and pick you up whenever you want. I liked the quiet environment.

Came during off-peak season, so the serenity was more than we could ask for. Ao Nang beach is about 10 min drive away, while Krabi Town is about 25min away. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Their front desk is manned round-the-clock.

Rent, snyggt och fint. Lyxigt med egen pool utan insyn. Genomtänkt och snygg inredning. Tyckte det var skönt att boendet låg lite avsides från centrum. Vi stortrivdes!

다음에 끄라비 가게되면 꼭 일정 모두 여기에서 지낼 예정!! 객실, 수영장 ,서비스 모두 대만족 호텔 마사지 왕 강추!!

음 좋았어요 근데 벌레 진짜 많다는게 뭔지 보여주는곳 이에요 별로 신경안쓰구 그러려니 하는데 지네가 끝도없이나오고 하수구에서 나오는 작은나방벌레가 끝도없이 화장실에서 나와요 아침에 조식 플루팅서비스 왠만하면 받지마세요 ㅋㅋ 밥먹기힘들고 플레이팅도 그다지 좋지않아요 주변에 한식당 드럼 걸어서3분거리 음식은 맛있어요

I have fun with floating breakfast

Everything is just on average considering the level of the villa. 1. Small things broken / out of order ( some lights ) around, especially in the public small pool. 2. Public pool bit smaller than it should have been when you get into a resort of this range. 3. Dirty sofa / broken pool fountain / jacuzzi in the villa, not entirely fixed during our stay ( 5 days ). 4. Front desk should have had the opportunity to upgrade us but did not do so, leaving us in the original booked villa, which we presume is reserved for the those who booked with lower rates. 5. Very few choices for breakfast. 6. Construction sites on both sides of the resort, making it noisy during the stay, and would at least last for perhaps another year. 7. Overall atmosphere is truly relaxed, "including some of the staffs"... Having had the chances to stay in different villas of same range in other regions in S.E Asia, would say this one is not a good one, considering its price... You would definitely get superior experience elsewhere at similar or even less costs.
