Very courteous and helpful staff, awesome cafeteria, clean and quiet surrounding and most of all its closeness to shopping and a variety of food outlets. Management went all Out to accommodate me with an early check in. Thanks . I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Clean and reasonable room. Balcony for smoking or fresh air. Economy room was small and a few bucks more gets you a sizable room.

Bedrooms very outdated along with bed and beding pillows were all yellow stains .no table in room to sit and eat ,staff were friendly .wouldnt stay again

For this low price room was excellent. Slightly softer than usual bed, hot water with some pressure in shower. I like low pillows so one of the two were really good.

발코니가 있는 쪽은 바로 옆에 클럽이 있어서 밤에 좀 시끄럽고 담배냄새가 올라옵니다. 발코니가 없는쪽이 오시려 더 싸고 이런 불편함이 없습니다,

I would just say I would never stay at that property again and totally would not recommend anyone to that property. The manager is very insulting.

AC too noisy in the room and the shower doesn’t work properly. Walk up 4 floors. :-(

Very good and quiet hotel, clean and cheap, everything is close by. Violetta executive manager is very polite and hospitable, willing to help. The bar beerpoint is also amazing, serving very good quality food.

Super friendly & helpful manager & staff. Spacious room, fast wifi, easy access at nights, very central to Jomtien restaurants & nightlife. Laundry available. Perfect!

Rimelig og greit gjestehus. Rent og ryddig. Wifi fungerte greit. Rommene var store, og den vi leide hadde egen balkong. Kort avstand til strand, restauranter og butikk.

The positives: Beach is 2 blocks away with a 7eleven on the way. The beach is not full of tourist. The night market and Pattaya Park Tower is at walking distance (10 mins or less). Good restaurants near by. Close to the Suvarnabhumi Airport bus station (10 min drive). Staff knows Thai, English, Spanish, and Russian. Fast wifi. The bad: Had to wait 30 mins to check in. The facilities are old and need more maintenance, single lock protects the room when you leave. The bed was hard and uneven. Do not eat in the room, ants come in. The shower and the toilet and sink are together in the bathroom without any divisions. The breakfast is the same thing everyday. Overall: This is not an hotel to spend leisure time in it. It's fine for those people that just want to sleep at night and be out all day and/or night. Added bonus: Just so you all know the majority of the costumers are Russian, so we felt a bit out of place at the beginning lol.

Отличное местоположение, 3 минуты до моря, 10 минут по набережной до Джомтьена, недалеко русский рынок и парк "Башни Паттайи". В непосредственной близости масса точек местного общепита.

Отель находится в тихом и уютном районе. До пляжа 5 минут пешим шагом. Чистый пляж, много растительности (цветы, пальмы). Практически полное отсутствие автотранспорта, что придаёт спокойствие и тишину. Администратор отеля Виолетта. Отвечала на любые вопросы и по возможности помогала во всём. Спасибо Виолетта.

Достойный отель за свои деньги.
