Nice service. Nice view (for upper floors). OK room. Good sleep. The restaurant is good. Hotel a bit old. The AirCon not enough power. No lift (it only up to 4/F anyway).

Great location - Jomtien beach is just across the street, great restaurant, take the Pattaya Jomtien bus from the airport, get off at the last stop and the taxi ride is short and is 100 baht, incl. a tip .

1st time of staying at this hotel. The staff are absolutely fantastic 👏 👌 😀 🙌 loved the view from the balcony of the beach sorrounds, and a fabulous restaurant/ bar for meals etc all day long. Great breakfast option with a 200 baht discount every day, so basically if there are 2 of tou, 1 breakfast is free. Will return!

Goed uitzicht op het strand. Uitstekend personeel. Eten geweldig!!! 1 nadeel er is geen lift, dat is wel heel vervelend vooral met de koffers

Es ist ein sehr nett eingerichtetes Hotel und vor allem der sehr sehr freundliche Service aller Mitarbeiter ist das größte Plus des Hotels.

Great location, nice breakfast with 200 THB credit per room. Very clean, across from the beach, Elvis plays in weekends. Only issue was we wanted to play cards in an empty dinning area and they said it was illegal to play cards.(LOL)

Unterkunft mit Frühstück und Deluxe Zimmer gebucht. Zimmer war Angewohnheit, Balkongeländer morsch und hängt am seidenen Faden. Habe mir an Hartholzstuhl Au Balkon einen splitter eingehandelt. Weil die Möbel nicht behandelt waren. Laut draußen weil Straßenbau stattfindet. Frühstück gab es keins inklusive.!! Nur einen Coupon i.H.v.200 THB/ tag für den man aber nichts angesichts der Preise im Restaurant bekommt. Zuvor war aber Kaffee oder Tee und englisches oder amerikanisches Frühstück angeboten wenn man mit Frühstück gebucht hat. Angesichts des Zustandes der Unterkunft/ Zimmer sagte die Dame von der Rezeption,, wenn sie Luxus wollen müssen sie ein anderes Hotel 🏨 wählen." Nur Meerblick zum Beispiel ist nicht ein Luxus allein. Ich kenne das Hotel. Zuvor gab es auch einen Wasserkocher. Diesen gab es nur auf Anfrage. Auch gab es keine Tüten mehr mit Kaffee und Tee. Alles in allem hat sich das Niveau verschlechtert. Auch die Umgebung. M Strand lagen spritzen!!!. Angesichts das auch Eltern und Kinder am Strand sind. Grauenhaft. Die Unterkunft werde ich persönlich nicht mehr wählen.

We had an enjoyable two week stay at Jomtien Boathouse. The hotel is well located, just next to the beach and within a short walk of many cafes, restaurants, and bars. Our room was pleasant and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful.

the restaurant is good and good food and friendly staff, but front desk not accommodating to guest rooms old and tv not working and no offer to move to a better room, and not even half full many empty room.
