Great staff! but be sure to book the stone bungalows instead of the wooden because these could use some renovation. The lady at the reception is super friendly, speaks perfectly English and has a great sense of humor. We booked 2 day lake tour with Smileys which was very easy to do and had awesome and unforgettable experience thanks to our tourguide Kai the coolest and friendliest guy I've met in all my travels through Thailand. Thank you Smiley!

Staff was stressed and snippy with me, and although they were helpful, the door to my room didn't close all the way, no mirror in the bathroom, restaurant never seemed to be open even when I asked.
