别听信那些负面评论。
早餐足够我们开始新的一天，而且餐厅包容性很强，员工中既有残疾人（哑巴），也有残疾人。非常鼓舞人心，让人感到温暖。
餐厅前面的甜点特色咖啡馆很棒，咖啡选择丰富多样，味道鲜美。
特别要感谢前台小姐 Khun Bee。她帮我们安排了行程，还推荐了清迈周边的景点。她的热情好客是我们这次住宿的亮点。
我们一定会再来的！！！！

服务很好，酒店周围氛围很好。有很多拍照景点。工作人员很友好，床很舒服，印象非常深刻。浴室非常好，10/10，但是卧室内角落的化妆镜有点小。 Tawan 餐厅的菜肴非常美味，员工也很有礼貌。咖啡厅也很好。饮料很好喝。服务人员很好。受到推崇的。有停车位。交通便利，靠近旅游景点。

本人訂房時是三房間的，兩房是一大床，一房是兩單人床，當到達酒店辦理好入住手續後，員工帶我們上房，發覺是上下床位的集體房間，即時同服務員反映我們不是訂這類床位的，服務員就帶我們回櫃檯，櫃檯職員又對著電腦搞了一些時間後就可以上房，但我需要的一間房是兩單人床沒有，再落櫃檯同職員說明我訂房時需要一間兩單人床的，而我的單據亦都列出的，但職員說沒有房可給我，這就只可接受，而本來和我同房的男孩見沒有單人床，就回到他父母房睡，及同酒店職員說需要一張被，但職員說不能給和不可住三人……我都是第一次聽到酒店不會給住客多一張被鋪，還有每天打掃房間都是很隨便的，可能酒店比較新落成，員工經驗淺緣故，希望有待改進。

是一家是全新酒店，房間夠大而浴室寬濶，熱水很足，露台面向泳池感覺很舒適，員工英文也很好又友善，溝通沒有問題，他們還會介紹你那裡有商場，超市，食市及酒吧，從酒店步出四面也有食市，夜店及按摩店，十分方便，最後一提就是房間隔音很好又乾淨，下次會再光顧。

A great location and nice hotel!
Only complaints would be how slippery and dangerous the wooden flooring in the room was. We are both young and active, yet had many instances of falling over due to the slippery ground. Wouldn’t recommend to any older people with mobility issues or anyone with balance issues.

Charming hotel. Love the outdoor seating facing the street. The interior of my room and what’s reflected on the site is about the same, I was just underwhelmed by the view as that was different from the site- facing the block of wall but people who are at the swimming pool area will be able to have a good view of my room. Curtains must always be closed when sleeping or changing.
Room needs an upgrade especially the bathroom.
Convenient location. Staff is great.

The people at the desk are not really motivated to do something for you or to help you but the staff in the facilities like, the pool or restaurant are very nice and friendly.
The facilities are very nice and the rooms are bright, fresh and clean.

This was a really awesome quaint local hotel. Very nice with lots of amenities. We use their laundry service and it was very well priced and extremely helpful in the middle of our long trip. The staff was great and the rooms were awesome. The pool was a great future as well.

The hotel was fine, what we needed for a 4 night stay, the pool was smaller than expected, we only ate breakfast once as we didn’t think that it was that great.
The area was good for what we needed, plenty of places to eat, grabs easy to access for the further out places , plenty of temples around.

Bee, at the front desk, was fabulous. I made a major date error in reserving an elephant sanctuary tour. I discovered this well past time for a pick up. I went to Bee at the front desk, hoping that something might be salvaged. 5 minutes later, VIOLA! Booked, paid. 5 minutes after that we were on our way. Talk about saving the day! It was a great adventure with the elephants and the other folks on the tour. Just an outstanding performance by Bee! Thank you so much.

Kan verkligen rekommendera Lanna Oriental Hotel. Allting var superbra. Personalen var uppmärksam och snälla, sängen var den skönaste jag sovit på (som att sova på moln), rummet var otroligt fint, och läget går inte att klaga på. Helt klart det bästa boendet jag haft på min resa genom Thailand.
