No Prepayment = No Confirmed Booking! No Show = No Refund! Once the payment is done, there will not be any refund!Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
